The AI order menu is off putting. I tried correcting my order and the screen was right but the order was wrong. This was a baked potato with everything for $2.99. Not sure if it came across wrong or they made it wrong.

Ordered june 29th at 10pm ordered 2 double stack biggie bags,only ketchup and a Cinnabon pull apart. They forgot the bacon on my sandwiches barely any fries ,3 nuggets and my Cinnabon pull apart was FROZEN. I didn’t even go back in because the employees were rude slammed drive through window in my face 2 times, and I felt intimidated and scared!

Came here on 11/20. I was double charged on a spicy chicken sandwich meal. They didn’t confirm my order before swiping my card. They then said I couldn’t get a refund and I’d have to come back in the morning to talk to the GM. They couldn’t refund me. Fries were cold. Buns were stale. I’m still out money because I can’t come back to deal with this during mornings. I work. Thanks guys

I chose to go here because its in seven hills and assumed it’d be ran by competent people, boy was i WRONG. Listen to the reviews, this place is awful. I ordered 3 cheese burgers with nothing but cheese and meat. I got one burger with everything on it, and 2 chicken sandwiches. The 4 pc nugget I ordered only had 3. I was missing a fry and the ones I did get were super old and hard.

Reading a screen and building an order correctly is possibly the easiest thing to do in food service. I worked in fast food for 2+ years… I get it, sometimes there are mistakes.
But being so bad as to miss the entire nuggets and the bacon when it’s simply a double stack biggie bag… You’re literally leaving off half the order.
That’s lazy – possibly stupidity – but I’d guess more lazy – and based on the reviews, management must be absolutely terrible as well.

Was the only car in the drive through for a mobile order and it still took about 30 minutes of waiting to get my food. They could not find flavoring for the cold brew so they just dumped a vanilla frosty into some coffee without asking if I wanted a replacement item or refund. We ordered a large fry and received a small. Several of the items such as the nuggets were cold. Due to how long it took to get the food, we did not have time to wait for them to correct it. Very disappointed with this experience and will not be back.

This particular Wendy’s joined the AI drive-thru trend. Its slower than a real person. Especially slow when it doesn’t understand what you’re saying and a person has to step in anyway. AI doesn’t answer like a person, especially when you need to clarify your ingredients. Service from the people was good. Food was hot.

Ordered a bacon and cheese potato and a junior chocolate frosty. There was no bacon on the potato, and they did not include sour cream or butter (any other Wendy’s has always included those). Also had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru with only 1 car in front of me. Very disappointing.

Asked for a biggie meal, cheese burger w/cheese,lettuce,tomato, ketchup, mayo. Received cheese burger with onion only! Old and cold fry’s, luke warm nuggets. There is absolutely no excuse for this. My wife’s chicken salad was acceptable. Very disappointed, to say the least!
