Decided to stop by the night before for a geek Mediterranean wrap and just loved the freshness that I decided to try the breakfast lunch option at almost the same price. I got the traditional breakfast burrito it was so soft perfectly wrapped and balanced with soft potatoes, egg, cheese and bacon. The Caesar salad and an Arnold Palmer were paired perfectly. So light and fresh just the perfect combination. Can’t wait to try more!

Did an online build your own salad. They took 8 minutes past the pickup time then handed me a half a bowl of salad at the window. I opened it up and asked the young guy like seriously. You guys are being stingy with lettuce.. I mean lettuce.. smh. He took it back and made it. Smh. It’s lettuce give us custo.ers what we pay for. Why does this world is everyone looking to get over on you. They are acting like they are the ones paying for the lettuce and giving out rations. Was given no fork no napkin

This review has been a long time coming. In my experience the food here varies from decent to mediocre to barely edible depending on the day (and maybe the time of day). The service varies from adequate to awful depending on the day. The main problems with the food are that their chicken is waaay over-seasoned IMO, but their boiled eggs are just the opposite – bland as Costco’s pre-boiled eggs-by-the-case (I’ve long suspected they actually buy their boiled eggs from Costco). With enough salt I can handle the eggs but they use those grape tomatoes that taste rotten more often than not. I routinely throw them away rather than chance it. So why have I eaten their Cobb and Greek and Caesar salads at least once a week since the day they opened years ago? Because it’s close by and it’s cheap and on a good day the food satisfies. But today I didn’t get any food. The weather was nice so I decided to ride a bicycle. They let me wait in line behind several cars and then told me they wouldn’t serve me because I was on a bicycle. It got its panties in a wad claiming some BS about a safety hazard. Really? So I can survive 45mph two-way traffic on Cave Creek road but somehow two miles an hour in a drive through is death defying? Just plain rude. At that point I had already “survived” the entire drive through anyway. All that was left was for them to take my money and hand me my food. Instead they chose to lose a customer.

I visited this place around 9:45 a.m. on December 31, 2024, and had one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. The lady who took my order (she was wearing a hat) was incredibly nice and funny. She was very professional, repeating my order both while I was placing it and again at the pickup window, ensuring everything was perfect. It’s clear she cares about providing excellent service.
The food was great as always, and I felt it was a healthier choice compared to McDonald’s today. I’ve been coming here off and on for a while, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be visiting more often. Outstanding customer service like this really makes a difference!

Salad and go the bathroom. Place was out of nost drinks. The breakfast burrito sent me to the bathroom with diarrhea and the cold brew was funky too. Things aren’t fresh here. All old and microwaved.
Prices slightly up, but I tried the breakfast burrito, which was good enough. Lots of bacon and good seasoned potatoes.

Quality and service continues to go downhill at this location. Each visit is slower than the last. Despite that I was given a burrito that had obviously been premade and sitting in a warmer. The tortilla was so dried out that when I opened the wrapper it just started crumbling. And yet the cheese wasn’t even melted. I hope they can get it together again soon. Maybe put more employees on rush times?

I absolutely love coming here! I’ve been patiently waiting for the day when salads were easily available through the drive-through like so many other foods! Not only is this super convenient and fast; The salads are very affordable! Less than six bucks per salad and They’re huge and perfect for meal prepping due to their size and cost! Love it here ❤️

Edited from 5star downward. Over less than a year with multiple visits, I’m pretty sure it is the end of the relationship with Salad and Go. Between the prices continued rise and the quality falling off you guys are headed the wrong direction. Everything I used to LOVE about Salad and Go is going away…
Today was just under $20 for 2 wraps and a drink. My Thai wrap had the stalest and chewiest tortilla, so I opened it up and ate as a salad. There was a basic tablespoon of chicken…and not the same quality meat as prior.
Why do big corporations take things and ruin them?!
Wish we could have 2019 Salad and Go back…

A regular stop for me. It’s convenient and delicious. I have been there many times and rarely have an issue or mediocre food. I love the salads and they are almost always packed with ingredients so they are filling and not just eating a bunch of greens. At first I was skeptical of a fast salad place like this but my boyfriend actually was the one that made me try it and I was surprised at how much I liked it. Whenever I don’t have a meal ready during or after work and need to stop somewhere I usually choose a salad n go but this one is the one I stop at the most. Grateful it’s on the way home and consistently good!

Love their breakfast bowls. They are affordable and delicious. There is no place to sit and eat but that’s okay I think that helps keep the cost lower.
