I just went through the taco bell line and the lady at the speaker was very sweet but unfortunately she didn’t speak english very well and kept getting my order wrong, I was there for around 5 minutes with a line building behind me as she kept picking the wrong menu item that I wasn’t saying. I asked for the Classic luxe box and the screen kept showing up the discovery luxe box, although i’m very understanding with very not knowing english well (my grandparents are the same way) it was getting a bit frustrating and then a different lady switched onto the mic who put my correct order on. I kept apologizing when paying as she literally filled 1/4th of my drink with water and the other with pepsi… this meal wasn’t even for me it was for my boyfriend and I was too shocked to even say anything while in the line. Overall 0/10 experience, I do feel bad for the miscommunication but there’s no need to be so rude.

This place was absolutely ridiculous! We waited over 30 minutes in the take out line. No one took our order in line.After paying we waited another 30 minutes at the window for my order. I have been asked three times to remind the employee what my order was. In the meantime there are several other orders getting cold sitting in the counter. There are many employees working behind the counter, but no one seems interested in helping anyone. I am confused who runs this place at nights and management needs to step it up and do something. This is the most frustrating experience. I would have left if I hadn’t been blocked in by other cars and paid. To top it all off the food is cold and my order is wrong.

Every time we’ve visited this restaurant we end missing items and have to wait longer for the food. We just went the other day and received cold food. Not warm or room tempt. Literally cold food. Nacho fries were super stale, the tacos had little to no beef, and the tortillas were cold. Ruined the taco bell craving.

This place is hit or miss, so 3 starts is average. And this fast food isn’t fast. Lines are long and take awhile, but inside workers seems to be really booking it, so that’s at least good.

Worst Taco Bell in Brentwood! Kids make the food at night and hold the line up intentionally. Those same kids forget to put food in your bag, undercook the food, or just don’t make the order correct with the ingredients it’s supposed to have. The food doesn’t taste like anything but dry tortilla. Do not recommend.

Everytime I visit this Taco Bell they ALWAYS mess something up on my order. And the food is mediocre at best. This time I ordered a bean burrito didn’t even get it, I added specifications for my double stacked taco and they didn’t listen and my Cinnabon delites were completely cold in the middle. I think from now on I’ll go a little further to the Taco Bell that actually gets my orders right….

This store on Brentwood Blvd is a ridiculous place. They should educate their employees about loud music, which is inappropriate for a store where people with families eat. I was ordering my food at the window and couldn’t hear them because they had the music too loud. It was around 10:35 p.m.

So I ordered a quesalupa combo and a cravings pack. I ordered no sour cream and everything had sour cream on it. The taco in the quesalupa bag had more stuff inside of it compared to the taco in the cravings pack. Poorly made tacos. Baja blast freeze was the best out of my order.
