Super friendly barista! I was solo and left my pup outside in the stroller – the barista asked if I wanted a pup cup (without me asking). She was so friendly and nice. I just got a coffee but it was filled to the brim. nice big outdoor patio in the shade at 2PM. Good for pups!

the associates were busy they don’t really interact with customers. It’s understandable when you have drive thru/ online orders to fill with only two personnel. I’m not sure if I will return to that location .My Frappuccino was with no flavor, I’m glad I ordered the smallest one.i also believe the time has to do a lot with service. Repeatedly I’ve come to this Starbucks and received drinks that weren’t full, so I stopped coming.
Today I went to give it another try, and this is the hot chocolate – not a single sip taken out of it yet, and the cup is barely half-full.
I’m not sure how this is even legal for a business to do, but that was definitely the last time I will be spending money at this business location.

This location seems to be going down hill. I order here several times a week, each time is worse than the previous. Ordered a venti white chocolate mocha with two Splendas, I got to work to find the coffee is only half full. Last time I got to work after ordering the same thing only to find they gave me an americano black.

It’s sad to say that Starbucks is now the McDonald’s of coffee. Standing at the register for 2 minutes while the girl walks back and forth in front of you without even acknowledging you’re standing there then asking; oh, you need to order? What? Coffee isn’t “made” by the baristas anymore. No one smiles or greets… coffee is now just ok. Wild. Used to be such a great company. Thanks.

I ordered a drink here and it was so good but this is the first time and location where I’ve ordered my drink in the venti and hardly gotten anything in it. When I first got it, it wasn’t even filled all the way, 3 sips and it’s halfway done that’s how much Ice was in it. I’ve worked at customer service for years and this 90% ice thing is bull. Just a waste at this location
