The shrimp was not fresh and tasted greasy. Don’t bother with the fried pickles; they were nasty. The service was fast-paced, and the clerk was hard to understand. I wasn’t offered a receipt, and no sauces were included. Very disappointed with Popeyes; I’ll stick with chicken.

The experience wasn’t outright horrible. It just could have been so much better with proper training and customer service. The food was decent, not the most flavorful. My order was wrong and when I spoke with one of the employees he did not believe me…we went back and forth and he even checked the bags several times as if he didn’t even believe himself. The issue: a 5 piece spicy tenders with red beans and rice was missing. In its place, was a 4 piece classic tender and no side. Eventually he went to retrieve the actual order and I ended up with 2 spicy and three classic tenders because…well who knows why? Anyway, I wouldn’t patronize this location again.

The service was just okay. Went through the drive thru last night and they made me pull up to wait for my order which is fine but the problem is that the food wasn’t fresh. I ordered a 5 piece chicken stip and they came out luke warm so not sure why they had me pull up. If I have to wait extra time then the food should at least be hot. Also, they probably need to either do better at training or hire more competent employees cause I ordered mashed potatoes but received Mac and cheese. As you can see in the photo, the tag is correct but the side is not so they need to do better at telling the difference between Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The food was edible but not what I ordered and not really fresh.

The manager, as well as their workers have the competence of 6 year old misbehaved children. After not getting our order correct, they insisted we HAD to return to the store tonight instead of issuing a refund for the incorrect item. Will not be returning and hope others see this as a sign to stay away.

The food was honestly really good and comforting. The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor, not dry at all. You can tell it’s made fresh. Everything tasted satisfying, especially when you’re craving something filling and flavorful. The staff was really friendly and had a good attitude; they were patient, helpful, and made the whole visit more pleasant.

Went through the drive thru and Host: Register4 60154 took my order. It was a female. I ordered all dark meat classic, 24 pieces and out of those 24 pieces, they gave me 16 pieces of spicey chicken which I did not order. I had to pull off to the front to wait for my food. I checked for my 2 cinnamon apple pies which were missing so I had to go inside and wait again. I received my pies and went home to eat and that’s when I noticed my chicken was spicey. Sorry people that work there for making mistakes like that. I don’t know if they’re ignorant or just do it on purpose but I won’t be going back.

Placed a order with them through Uber, Uber driver was told and denied any help of getting my food to him. Waited over an hour to receive nothing from the store, wasted my delivery persons time and ended up canceling an ordered I made over a hour ago. Please do better.

I order a 3 piece comb ( Breast, Thigh, & Leg). I ask for those and the lady got an attitude about it. Then ask for a Large premium lemonade and she told me I can’t it only regular. So I said okay. Then when I get my food and head to my family home. Then I open my food and saw 2 tiny legs, 1 tiny thigh, & 1 breast. I was so shocked. Look like a child’s meal. So I called and no answer. I called a lot. I don’t recommend anyone to this place till they get it together.

Always have great service and experience at this popeyes. My food is always fresh, the employees very friendly, and the atmosphere nice. Have never had complaints or issues with them and they are quick at service. I would definitely recommend this popeyes
