This place was the best stop for breakfast burritos on a drive through the area. Order was ready fast and everyone was super friendly. They use real eggs too! There are a few tables and the place had plenty of seating available. Will definitely stop next time I drive through!

Came for asada tacos, left with asada tacos and chicken tinga huarache. And oh man what a great choice. This chicken tinga huarache will be dreaming about for weeks. So good!

Delicious take out option while visiting Paso Robles. All freshly homemade food (including guac) when ordered with a lot of flavor. Birria and Carne Asada were great. I will definitely be back!

A gem! Really delicious, fresh food in a simple, friendly setting. Despite the name, there are a few eat-in tables. This was a totally delightful surprise on a pit stop off the highway. We were happy to find yummy veg options. No bathroom though.

I’ve been to Guisados To Go three times now, and each visit has been consistently delicious and satisfying!
• First visit: I had the breakfast burrito, and it was the perfect way to start the day—generous in size, packed with fresh ingredients, and wrapped in a soft, flavorful tortilla. Definitely a must-try if you’re looking for a solid, filling breakfast.
• Second visit: I went for the Chilaquiles, and they did not disappoint. The chips were the perfect texture—crispy but soaked just right in the sauce—and the flavors were spot-on. The portion was more than enough to leave me satisfied, and the balance of spice and richness was exactly what I was craving.
• Third visit: I got the 3 Quesabirrias combo, and wow—this was my favorite so far! The birria was tender and juicy, the tortillas were crispy and cheesy, and the consomé was rich and flavorful without being overly greasy. Each bite was packed with authentic, homemade goodness.

The service has always been fast and friendly, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast or craving some legit Mexican comfort food, Guisados To Go is absolutely worth a visit. Can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu!

Had the Huevos Rancheros, not the way I usually like them, but they pulled it off, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, flavorful down home, done by a mother daughter team that get it right. Will for sure be back.

Just had a bangin veggie burrito. It’s not on the menu but the lovely owner whipped it up right in front of my eyes. She smashed up a fresh avocado and smothered it in top of the rice and beans with a smile. As the Terminator says, “I’ll be back”!

Amazing food! Everything was made fresh, place was very clean 🙂
As a vegetarian I appreciate that they have nopales available to substitute the meat and they even let me know that the rice had chicken broth which was good to know because most places don’t care even if I tell them I’m vegetarian
Would definitely be coming back!!
We got huaraches, sopes (birria, tinga and chile relleno)a pambazo and flan

I absolutely love this great little place! We found it by accident today, 4th of July where most of the restaurants are closed. What a pleasant surprise! The food tasted authentic and home made. So fresh and flavorful. The service was quick. It feels and tastes like home. It’s truly Paso Robles cute hidden gem.
