Horrible experience I ordered a strawberry vanilla freeze I was under the impression it was only one size because I wasnt asked when placing the order what size I would like I got to the window and the cashier gave me a small cup I asked if I could pay the difference for the large he told me they were already in the red (talking about their drive through time) so no. So my issue is I shouldnt be punished or not serviced because you have incompetent workers that cant manage the drive through properly. Not only that the 2 chalupas I ordered the flat bread was hard and the chicken strips were old and hard. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve been to this location two times recently, and both times, the food was well prepared, fresh, and better than expected. Staff was pleasant. It’s also seriously the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been to. I personally like the order screens as it makes it easier to add or remove ingredients from my order. My husband likes to order extra meat. I like to add spicy ranch to EVERYTHING! 😉 My only complaint is that I would like to get a printed receipt. It appears you can only get them via email or text, which gives Taco Bell a way to track customers by their unique phone number or email address. I would put in a fake email/number, but I really want a receipt. Please offer printed receipts. I’ll be back!

I’ve been here twice now and haven’t eaten either time. The first time I went a couple months ago I pulled up at the drive-through around 11 and was told they were closed. However, it clearly stated on their door that they were open until two. They had there lights on. I just attempted to go again tonight and there were four cars in front of me. This was also around 11 PM. As it got to my turn to order I was told to please come inside to place any orders. They are shutting the drive-through down for a bit. Are you kidding me! I don’t know if they’re just understaffed or have an extremely lazy manager, but this place is a joke.

This place sucks. They take literally forever and can’t do their own job. Also, they are always out of Diablo sauce. I didn’t get my Cinnabon that I clearly ordered and whenever I asked them about it, they said that it was my job to come to the counter even though I ordered on the dumb ahhh machine. This stuff is so overpriced. They We’re also clearly on their phone the whole time, but hiding in the back corner.

We made the mistake of going to taco bell for dinner and going inside to eat. After ordering our food we waited for someone to notice us, so we could get our drink. Th fountain drink station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a little while, and several drink selections we out. We went to get a table, but couldn’t find a single one that was clean, not one!! The shocking thing about taco bell is we paid 3 times as much for our food and the quality of the food is still garbage and for chesterfield mo this place was a dump

I love Taco Bell food, but their poor quality service is so frustrating. I ordered 4 items, how tough is it to count 4 in the bag even if the items are wrong? I so crave the food, but more often than not I regret giving them my business, as they seem to screw orders up more than they get it right. How tough is it to count to 4?!?!?

I pulled up and there wasn’t a clear and welcoming greeting. I’m not entirely sure my rewards number got entered. The order was not repeated back to me. The window was opened and they took my credit card, never acknowledged me, handed me my food and receipt and never said thank you. The tortillas were hard. The inside filling of the burritos were lukewarm. Completely underwhelming. Even a smile or a thank you would have gone much further.

Lost business again. Don’t go here unless you only want drive thru. Lobby seems to be closed a lot. I used to manage to Taco Bell when I was younger. Unless the lobby is a danger to the customer why isn’t it open at 3pm when we take our own orders unless you don’t wanna clean the lobby?
