Placed a mobile order on 12/20/25 (Receipt #66406496) at 5:59 AM, with the app showing it would be ready by 6:04. I arrived around 6:10 and was surprised to find my order wasn’t ready. I asked the barista and showed my mobile order to confirm I was at the correct store she said yes but didn’t bother to check on it.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked again. The barista, who was training someone, responded rudely and told me to “wait a minute,” even though I had been standing there for about 20 minutes already. Eventually, I asked another barista to check, and he discovered my drinks had been sitting by the drive-thru window the whole time instead of at the mobile pickup area.

By then, my drinks were no longer hot, and I was nearly late to my appointment after waiting almost 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience especially when all it takes is a bit of attention and care to do the job properly.

Ordered two extra hot drinks, NO SLEEVES. There was 7 people on shift this morning 12/14 @ 8:15am and not a single person greeted us. We had a mobile order and my husband went in to get it and no one greeted him either. I went in there and had to tell the crew that hot drinks require sleeves. They all looked dumbfounded. Someone come retrain this store. Shouldn’t have so many people on shift and not a single one knows what’s going on. Plus the customer area was filthy.

I usually get the egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich. The last time I got it there was no mozzarella in it which totally ruined the sandwich. I went all the way back and told them there was no mozzarella. They apologized and gave me another one. That one barely had any in it at all. Why didn’t they check the replacement one? The next time I came I mentioned what happened and was told they don’t make the sandwiches. Maybe they should check what they are selling to customers. Unacceptable.

I really need to stop going to Starbucks. Paying over 5 dollars for basically a cup of ice and few sips. I guess I need to also learn what light ice means in Starbucks language, because regardless it means extra ice.

I need a restroom more than the coffee, their dining room was not open at 5:00 a.m., but I gave three stars because they are right next door to a Chevron station that was open so I used their restroom instead and then bought their coffee, and then I called the Starbucks and canceled my mobile order at starbucks. If they do not refund my money I will be lowering this review. Full-time drivers are on the road a lot and we need access to public restrooms. The only reason we shop at a lot of these restaurants is so that we have restroom access, not because their food is actually any good.

I ordered no ice but I guess that means only filled half way? That’s foam. Not a drink.
I went back for a remake. The man who spoke with it was really nice. The girls making drinks. Can I better customer service and a better attitude.

Hours show they’re open, but at 6:15am there was a line of about 10 cars at the drive thru. The doors were locked and no one was inside. Waited almost 10 mins in line to realize there was no one working. Smh

Zero customer service. The heavy lady on counter this morning, took our order for 3 coffees and didn’t let us know that roundabout time it would take. 10 minutes later, I walked to check if the order ready on counter belong to us, they say if that’s what you ordered. We just grabbed random three coffees and walked away. If that’s the way they handle their business here. It’s easy for people to come in and grab whatever ready there and walk away without paying.
