Roam is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots! I’ve been twice in the past two weeks and ordered the lamb chops both times—they’re that good. The fall sangria was so delicious I had to get two, and the pumpkin lava cake (and I’m not even a dessert girl!) completely blew me away.
The vibe and aesthetic are beautiful, and Josh and Sharea took such great care of us the entire time. I also really appreciate their honesty and professionalism—when I accidentally double tipped because I didn’t realize gratuity was included for a party of two, they were quick to refund the difference after I reached out on Instagram.
Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to come back!

Another of Providence gem on Federal Hill. 1st time being in this part of Providence and it was a great experience. The food was shareable and comforting the service was laid back and the waitress was down to earth. The atmosphere was unique…the wall paper and decor was unexpected with different music icons face and album covers.

When I walked into this place I immediately noticed how beautifully decorated the restaurant was with people sitting both inside and outside (with propane heaters). I was greeted by a very handsome and personable Bartender named Alex. He was making some beautiful cocktails, so I asked him to make me something special and fruity tasting. What he created for me was not only beautiful with the dried fruit, it was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed watching Alex make drinks. He actually made 6 Espresso Martini’s for a group of ladies that sat down at the bar beside me. Alex is talented and great at making the customers smile and laugh which was contagious to me. As I sat at the bar, I ordered a gyro wrap (lamb meatballs) with fries. It was delicious! Huge!! So I had to take half home. But the staff were all very nice and I was approached by one of the owners thanking me for my support. I find the best businesses are businesses where the owner(s) are present at their business. Providence has allot of great places to visit but this spot is a must try when on Federal Hill! I give this place a 10/10!! I will be back with my friends soon!!

Our waitress bad bi$h Maria was incredibly great! Her energy and customer was so good we came back the very next day! The fall drinks were so good we ordered them again and the guacamole is made by order! Which was so fresh. The vibe is very cozy and energetic. Love the place!

My husband, daughter and I had a late dinner here on a whim. We were very happy we did. The appetizer of fries was delicious and enough for 3, the main meals: Harvest Salad, Nachos and Chicken Tacos were all incredible. The serving’s were plentiful and just so well created and tasty. And last but not least the beer menu was vast and my Oktoberfest was very satisfying.
Sharea was our hostess and waitress, she was great! She was attentive, informative and just an enjoyable addition to our visit. We definitely will be back as well as spread the word. It’s nice to go to Federal Hill and have options. The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable.

Comfort food at another level. We tried the mac and cheese, chicken and waffles and a the bacon burger. I have to say all three dishes were outstanding. Our server was great and very personable. Definitely going to visit again.

Roam has a really nice vibe the place is beautiful, the energy is great, and the whole setup is stunning. The server who helped us (I don’t remember her name) was genuinely amazing. She was super sweet and attentive, honestly the best part of the night.
We read the Google reviews before going, and they were great, so we had high expectations. I don’t know if it was just the day we went or if it was a bad night, but the food was NOT it. It took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold and had zero flavor. On top of that, it was really overpriced for the quality, like way overpriced.
It’s the kind of food that looks cute for Instagram but tastes nasty in real life. The vibe is great, and I’d maybe come back just for drinks, but never again for dinner.

This new spot is awesome and so far my experiences have been fantastic. The potato sliders are different and delicious! Bartender Alex is particularly excellent, professional, attentive, and makes a great cocktail. Also Maria is a fabulous server who always has a great attitude. The menu is diverse and the drinks are great. Highly recommend stoping by and checking out this new Federal Hill treasure!
