Stopped by earlier this week, was told if we just go sit down we would be served, no one came, just a bunch of employees standing around in the kitchen area so we just went and played games…was chill and we racked up on a few prizes.

Food was okay. Seems like, they rushed to build this location. It’s really small inside compared to some of their other locations. Also don’t be alarmed, when you see police officers walking around, making sure everyone is safe.

Very poor service we wnt to take the kids for food and games we thought we could grab a bite before playing the games but we waited for waiter for a good 15 minutes and no one for service the. A reached out to the hostess who sat us and she said they were having some issues and someone had just gotten fired .but im lume what does that has to do with us..anyways she said.sjell let thea.ager know we were waiting for swevice.and we waited another 20min. No one even got close to us to ask if we need anything . Never again will I visit that place .

I went here last night to celebrate a birthday. I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! The customer service was HORRIBLE! My cousin paid for us and they didn’t tell him until after that it was a 3 hour wait! We sat down and a waitress finally came to our table after about 15 minutes. After putting in our order the food came about 30-45 after. The drinks were forgotten. The kitchen manager tried to assist. The food was expensive and mediocre, and cold. We sat for about 3 1/2 hours and still didn’t get a chance to bowl. I never spend my hard earned money there again!

Asia was really good as a server for our bowling lane. We only had appetizers that Were delicious.
The only reason for the 4 star and the atmosphere is the bathroom’s absolutely smelled horrible like a porta potty. Do plan ongoing again and hopefully updating us to a 5 star.

UPDATE:Main Event was Awesome when I reached out to them. The management addressed the issue with the staff and took care of it. We will give it another try… hopefully they earned a 5 star. The management sure did.
Absolutely horrible food and service.. soggy tacos, waitress kept going back to check if they have stuff available went back 4 times once to check if they have meat for hamburgers. Never came to check once on the table.. I had to get up and ask for silver ware (got plastic fork and spoons) waitress was in her phone.. got up again to ask for the bill… won’t go back again $70 wasted… would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came on a Saturday afternoon for a birthday party, wanted to get a drink in the bar area. Hostess told us we were not allowed to sit in the bar area, we would have to get on a waiting list. She said it’s a one hour wait……see attached photo.

Do better! This mess sat there for over two hours. The manager saw it and he did nothing. I even asked our server about cleaning it up as it was very displeasing to see while eating. The workers definitely worked on their own accord and were very inconsistent on the happy hour deals. One person would say yes and then another person would say no—it was a circus. Also, the margarita flights were a glass of sugar.
