This place is disgusting. Lunch pizza I picked up for my wife is dried and has been sitting for a long long time. Absolutely terrible, I worked in the food service industry for a long time and thought I’d seen it all but this is really bad. I guess that’s what I get for going at 1:30pm… So little care in the food that the box was actually closed into the pizza itself.

I walked in and asked what is hot and ready, and I was told the only thing they had was pepperoni and cheese puffs. I never tried them before so that’s what I got. Folks behind the counter were polite and the place was clean.
The pepperoni and cheese puffs ended up being pretty good. I’m sure I’ll be back to try some of the other items on their menu.

The food at this location is consistently cooked well. It may take a little while when they are busy, but it’s always good. We love the wings and the stuffed crazy bread. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first time coming to this little Caesar’s, I find it funny I am not the only customers with this issue here. I found out the hard what locations to avoid. when I arrived, I was the only one in the line. I set at the window when I got there.It was 3:00pm. I didn’t leave til 3:54pm. While I was sitting in drive thru. Three cars pulled up behind me.Waiting as well. One by one, they all start to leave.Because they were literally sitting there over ten minutes. I decided to wait. As I am waiting, I noticed that two customers walked in and was served . I begin to call the little caesars to alert them.That there were cars in the drive thru. After those two people were served, I blowed my horn to alert them. That I was in the driveway while the guy is serving customers. He actively ignored it. I did not want to blow, but it was the only way I could get someone’s attention afterward. Thirty five minutes in the manager comes and pushes the door open very aggressively and looks at me with a attitude expression. I alerted her that I have been sitting in the drive thru. She begins to argue with me and yell at me and tell me that I was not sitting in the drive thru that long for 30 minutes that I was lying and that I was making it up. She mentioned that her employee had just walked in and that she wasn’t even in the building for thirty minutes.But the thing is, I have been sitting there before her new employee even came in.I saw the young lady come in. I was sitting there way before the young lady even clocked in. One thing about me. I am not a rude person. I am very understanding, but there is a certain type of frustration as a customer.When you are treated in a nasty unprofessional way, it increases the frustration.And at this point you become very impatient, especially when you have a rude disgusting manager.As the one that I encounter in the video, the clip that I had.She slammed the door in my face after she took my order. There should not have been an argument at all . Waiting was an issue. However, I could have gotten over it. But when you look at me in my face and tell me that you did not serve two people before me, which only cost me to become way more impatient. It was terrible customer service. After she slammed the door in my face.I decided to get out of my car and go in and stand in there. She begins to yell in front of the other customers that I was lying about waiting for so long. She was being highly rude and disrespectful in front of other customers. I begin to videotape her yelling and hollering.She started to wave at the camera being highly aggressive.I wasn’t sure what exactly her aggressive behavior came from because I never gave her that energy. I gave her the same energy that anyone else would have. There was definitely urgency in my voice.Because I had been sitting there for so long. After I got my order, the young man came to my car and apologized that he did not see me sitting in the drive thru. I appreciate him for doing so.I really don’t understand how he did not see me being that.I was in a really big suv.You can’t miss it, but I get it. He stated that he was having a very tough day and that he probably really did not see me there. I told him that it was totally fine.And that I appreciate him for being concerned.But it’s people like her that make everything so much difficult than would it have to been.I am a very polite person and i’m not rude but you are not going to tell me that I am a liar and argue with me for your short comings. I definitely will not return there.I will prefer to go somewhere else.I hope that I never encounter her again.

I ordered 2, two toppings thin crust pizza from little Caesars in Woodstock, al. The pizza was burnt but the rude cashier as well as her manager tried to convince me that it was not. I drove several miles to little Caesars at 760 academy Dr. The atmosphere was better, the employees were nicer and the pizza was 100% different. The first 4 photo are from Woodstock. The last 2 are from academy Dr.

I ordered the pretzel CRUST pizza and got this abomination instead. They acknowledged the pretzel part by sprinkling sea salt on a below average Pizza. There’s nothing redeemable about this because I was just going to eat it as it was but the second I took a bite I immediately tasted vomit from whatever cheese they clumped on the front of it. It also smelled like vomit so I’m not sure what happened to the cheese before they put it on there.

This location is ridiculously slow, and then after waiting >30 minutes for pizza, by the time I got home (<10 min drive) it was only lukewarm. If I'm waiting that long for "freshly made" pizza, it better at least be hot!

The person in charge is inattentive, distracted by her phone, and is very unwelcoming. She is also very unhygienic, touching her phone and other things, and not washing before she touches food. I ended up throwing the pizza away after she coughed into her hands, put it in the boxes, then handed them to me. I brought it up, and she said, ” You will be fine, I’m not sick.”

We ordered the cheese steak bites by phone they told us to pull around we sit there for over 20 mins & they never came out so we finally had to go in ask for. They just stuck in the warmer & never brought out to us .you would think they would remember someone coming through window asking for their food not just forget you & stick in warmer for 20 mins .. also cute off while was trying to order while on the call
