I was there on 02/27/2026 at 7:45pm. The general manager “Joyce” came in being loud and rude to the crew members and managers. I feel as it was very unprofessional and unsafe with the way she handled things and it isn’t the first time I have witnessed her doing something like that. She’s constantly using profanity, and also getting rude with the customers.if it isn’t the employees, or the managers she always being/getting smart with the customers. I will not be spending anymore of my money at Selma location for jacks. Neither will my family or friends.

I just love their food. They are similar to Central Park’s food to me. The burgers, fries, and chicken wings are my favorite. I went there one day and got a free burger on the house. That made my heart so happy. That burger was super delicious I want to give Jack’s manager and staff a huge shout out and another big thanks ❤️ God Bless y’all.

Really bad customer service and this is from the manager! Kids to great job it’s the adults that seem not to have any type of customer service skills! The reason you order mobile is so you don’t have to wait in line behind the people in the lobby and get up to counter to have a “manager” to tell you very rudely “I have even started on making any mo ole orders yet”! Then proceed to take orders at the front counter and fix others orders ordered after you come in. This all after placing my online order 15 mins before I get there.

Do not order the chicken as soon as lunch hour begins- mine was undercooked. I was on lunch and didn’t realize it until I returned to work. The burgers are usually good but the last one I had was gray and undercooked. They need to take the time and cook the meat all the way through. I’m cool on them for awhile. Also, save some salt because too much is poured over the fries.If you order inside, you’ll be in there for about a 45 minute to an hour wait for your to go order.

I was in drive thru waiting to be assisted. While waiting 2 other orders were taken before me. Why I asked what was the reason they ignored my question and continued to ask me about my order. I have never seen so poor customer service from this establishment! Management needs to do a refresher course of proper job etiquette when dealing with customers. I won’t be returning back!

Came here on 7/26 for lunch to get food for some kids I am babysitting and I was trying to be nice and go slow at the intercom at the drive thru and the lady yelled at me because i was “going to slow” and the proceeded to get my whole order wrong. I might suggest this place rethink some of its staff members moving forward.
