I ordered a Teriyaki Bowl, and a egg roll…coffee and a chocolate shake as you can see by the receipt attached to the crumpled open bag I received…inside was cold fries both regular and curly…2 hard, nearly burnt cold tenders. The shake was completely melted and disgusting…no cherries as requested per the receipt. No egg roll even nor sauce.
I am a truck driver and had no real option but to Door Dash and because you don’t have to look me in the eye, this is what you do? Now that being said I wonder if your family had ordered this would you treat them with same disrespect? Offer them cold nasty food? And not even close to the correct order. Crazy the amount of disrespect shown to people spending their hard earned money.

7/20/25 Best experience I’ve ever had at a Jack in the box!! Lightyears better than the other one on Broadway!! That one left me never wanting to go to any of these restaurants again, but I’m glad I went to this one!! I will drive accross town for the service this restaurant provides!! Thank you for the good experience and for restoring my faith in humanity and the future of fast food!! 5 Stars!!

My husband ordered a salad, I ordered some tacos and a regular burger. We got to the window and were told there was no salad available, so my husband ordered a burger instead. The guy handed me my burger and tacos and I offered to park in front so I didn’t hold up the line while they made the other burger. When we parked my husband let me know the tacos were not in the bag. The guy came out with the burger and we let him know of the missing items. He quickly went inside and brought back not just the two tacos I ordered, but he brought us four. We left happy but when we got home we were extremely disappointed to find four tacos burned beyond belief. Come on JITB. I had just worked 14 hours and just wanted a taco. A taco that wasn’t burned to a crisp.

Cynthia is amazing. Is very welcoming, kind, considerate and smiles. Hard working, multitasks. I go to many restaurants including fast food and seems the norm these days are staff that acts like customers are a bother, grab the debit card out of your hand the practically throw the food at you all while not communicating smile or otherwise. Cynthia is like a breath of fresh air. It’s always a pleasure seeing this Young, Very Valuable Employee. Truly knows how to treat customers. Thank you Cynthia. I appreciate You.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food # called and another 10 minutes to get a refund. Won’t be going back. They prioritize the drive through. People that ordered way after me got their food before me. Dude that refunded me was nice though.

I flew in from Florida, and was very excited to eat at Jack in the Box. Unfortunately this morning I am flying out of California. I was hoping to eat here one more time. This location was the 3rd place we stopped trying to get breakfast croissants. Upon arrival the crew was completely unresponsive. After driving up to the window the employee told us that they were completely closed and taking a lunch break. This is ridiculous behavior that is terribly bad for business. Especially when the business advertises being open 24 hours a day. This location really put a bad taste in my mouth when thinking about the Jack in the Box name and franchise, and I’m a life long customer. I grew up on food from this location, and others on the Central Coast, and I expected better service.
