This was my first time getting pizza from here. Most of their pizzas are named from places in the Cleveland area. We ordered the parmageddon pizza. It was fantastic. You can also switch an ingredient out if you want. We ordered online. It was ready when we picked it up and the lady working was very nice. The pizza tasted like it was homemade. It was very good. I’m definitely ordering from them again.

They have a huge menu of regular and vegan pizza along with wings and salads.
It’s very hard to find a good pizza place that has vegan cheese. Jackpot!
I ordered the regular Parmageddon pizza. No black olives or green peppers, add onions and pineapple and vegan cheese instead of regular. Delicious!
With so many options and toppings to choose from, everyone is guaranteed to be satisfied.
Service was great and staff was friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Unbelievably satisfied by this location and the product that they provide. Pizza was hot and fresh. Wings were covered in sauce and delicious. The old mainstream Pizza joints aren’t cutting it anymore and these are the places you need to eat from because their customer service exceeds anything I’ve experienced at competitive places. Hands off Primo’s. You’ve earned a customer for life.

Stopped for a bite on our way out of Cleveland. The staff was friendly and I was happy they had vegan wings! As much as we love pizza, it’s not what we were in the mood for. My son had real chicken wings and loved them, and I enjoyed the vegan ones as much. Worth the wait

Thank goodness everyone in my party ordered their own pizza bc this was too good to share. We all tried the vegan chicken bacon ranch & agreed it was phenomenal. It is so hard to find good vegan pizza but this really hit the spot.

I got the boneless honey mustard chicken wings and they were superb. You get a really good sized portion too. The French fries were French fries nothing bad or spectacular about them lol. Overall I was very satisfied and would go back!

I had been a previous customer many years ago, I liked their food in the past but I called to ask questions, I waited 10 minutes someone picked up the phone without saying a word then hung up.
I understand these days people like ordering online and employees may prefer it as well as their message on the phone while waiting for someone to answer encourages you to order online. I won’t even bother now, I won’t patron them.

I think this place is scamming people , they claim they had some issues with a “ new employee “ who got my card information wrong they called me 20 minutes after I received the message that my food was ready after waiting 2 hours for the pizza I call to see where my order is and the manager says it takes 40 minutes to an hour I’ve waited 2 hours. She proceeds to say well I can have my driver turn around and just cancel your order. Checking my bank statements they indeed did charge my card the 40$ three times. The pizza is great but I advise you pay cash and not do delivery .
