I recently dropped in here at the Starbucks off Vine St.
It’s a new building. The staff that was working were so sweet & welcoming.
They offered a few suggestions on the menu, told me about the holiday sale on their holiday tumblers & holiday items.
As I was waiting on my latte. I looked around the place. It’s quiet, relaxed & conducive to focus on studying &/or work. Just about every spot has an outlet for charging your phone, tablet or laptop.

My first visit to this Starbuck. They opened recently after a major renovation of what was a Hardee’s. The inside is very clean, modern and well done. Service was very friendly. I had not been to any Starbucks in quite a while, so the server helped me with the order. There was a mistake with the order (iced/hot), which was quickly rectified. They even let me keep the mistake. For me, it’s not about being perfect, no one is perfect, but about how you respond to mistakes. For this Starbucks, I give them five stars.
This would also be a great place to do a little remote work. It’s clean and quiet since most people just use the drive thru.

I’ve used this place about a dozen times since it opened. They are always very welcoming, and pretty quick at service.
Only once did they get my order wrong (I ordered a Cortado and got what seemed like a cup of cold half-and-half with a shot of espresso added – very odd…).
Most of the staff seem new, so I would expect any small wrinkles to iron themselves out in due course.
Inside is very spacious and looks very classy – bathrooms were clean, and overall a nice atmosphere.
A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Not sure why I get charged $6.25 for a drink that can’t even be filled up? Also, the gentleman working the drive thru barely spoke two words besides telling me my total. Didn’t even get a have a nice day. Guess being polite is optional now.

This is a very nice Starbucks, nicest one in the area. Very comfortable and spacious interior. It reminds me of the the older style Starbucks that were more like comfortable cafes. The drinks here are good and made consistently too.

9/1: 7:00 no customers, I was there to study, oops forgot wallet. I was approached by by am employee stating policy of buying something in order to stay. I told the employee I forgot my wallet, wife is coming the employee understood and left. No more than 10 minutes later I was told to leave by the manager stating the policy once again, and at the same time my wife pulled up. Just to prove a point I paid for a small black coffee and stated that I felt uncomfortable and to take consideration circumstances. Corporate was called and yes the policy was discussed, but they did make it right by a gift card.

I really appreciated just about every aspect of this location. Starting with the location it self. It’s right off the highway. You have the right of way through the light at the intersection so there’s no fighting traffic entering the location parking lot, then leaving there is an exit on the opposite side of the parking lot that gives you an easy out without fighting intersection traffic and lines you up to get back on the highway with ease.
There was plenty of parking in the parking lot.
The interior of the building is very spacious, clean and well kept. There’s plenty of options for comfy chair seating, and table seating. I did not feel like I was in a sardine can while I waited for my food and drink order. If I lived in the area I would be fine to come here to relax. The music was playing in the background but at a good level to enjoy but not so loud that it would need to be yelled over if you’re having a conversation.
The bathrooms are spacious and well kept up with.
The employees are friendly. I was greeted by two separate people walking in the door. They were quick with getting the order put together and accurate. Also very helpful in making sure my order was the way I wanted it, as I did have an odd request in how I wanted my drink made. There was no annoyance or irritation from the lady taking my order at my request and everything was repeated back to make sure it was correct.
I think there was training or instruction of some kind happening during my time in this location, it was nice to hear people being instructed in a kind and patient/ professional manner.
One of the few times I wish I could say I could give more than 5 stars because I would if I could!
