Got the order wrong, The lady who served me was very rude and impolite, not professional. She also wouldn’t let me redeem my points and she said to check it myself when the website literally says to ask the person serving. The drink was really water even though I asked for a smoothie. Overall the experience was very disappointing.

The girl who was working with us, was rude and impolite. The blender was having difficulty working, and so our smoothies came out very chunky. We were very nice about it, but when she got our order wrong, and I simply went and told her nicely, and she took the smoothie very aggressively, threw it in the trash in front of of us, and groaned very loudly. And when she did give me the right order, it was covered in smoothie on the outside and I had to wipe it off. Not a great experience. You are understaffed considering she was the only one there, but that was no excuse for how she treated us.

Well first off, I love that they are open on Sundays! There are so many different options and flavors to choose from, any Boba lovers dream! I forgot to get the name of the young lady who helped us today (Sunday June 8 @12:15ish) because she was so pleasant, very helpful, and quick! I hope the owners read this review and give her kudos from us!

The customer service was unacceptable. Every single time we go to get boba, the employees are unbelievably rude, treating us with blatant disrespect. They roll their eyes and show complete disregard whenever we place our order. It’s honestly infuriating and makes us feel unwelcome. If I could I would be giving this place zero stars.

I have been here a few times and each time I hope it will get better. I just left the place because they are under staffed. The girl was new took my money, made my drink then told me she didn’t have anymore classic boba. I asked for my money back and she didn’t know how to open the drawer to give me money. I left without getting my cash back.
The time before a different girl was working. I walked into the space 2 minutes before they open caus the door was unlocked and the employee told me she couldn’t help me at to come back. If you didn’t want people coming into the space you shouldn’t have had the door open. This company is awful.

I’ve been to Provo, Springville, and now Spanish Fork Boba Bee. They are all very inconsistent from one another. If you’re going to have a chain, shouldn’t what you offer be consistent?
