I went the other day to pick up my pupusas, i called ordered like usual, asked her what my total was she said 25 with some change IF i was going to pay cash & 27 with card. So i get there and there’s ABSOLUTELY NOBODY in the restaurant but me and this other girl who’s a worker there. I walk up to the girl (she’s a big girl) i say Hello good morning i’m here to pick up an order. She walks away and then who i assume is katy come and the other girl says “Your right people don’t read the sign and say be patient until someone rings you up” (i’m paraphrasing & translating this conversation in english) So i look at them like ?? And then Katy says what can i help you with, but with the most HORRIBLE attitude and sass. So i repeated myself again. So then she tells me my total & she says $28 with some change and i said “I believe i spoke to you on the phone and you said if i paid with cash it was going to be 25 with some change” and she said “You didn’t tell me you were going to pay with cash not card” and she says it in such a disgusting tone it set me off so i say to her I’m obviously handing you cash while your telling me my total, and how come it’s now $28, i brought 26 exactly because you had said 25 with some change on the phone. She was so incredibly rude. I honestly just come for the food but this lady really made me mad and i will never be setting foot in that place.
Pupusas 5/5- Very delicious pupusas packed with good flavor. I have not had such good pupusas in in such a long time. I definitely recommend getting one with chicharron, which would be the mixto or revuelto. The chicken one had a good and strong flavor as well. I really like the ones with bean and cheese filling included because they leave a crunchy exterior whenever the filling slips through small sections of the pupusa dough. It is only $2.25 for 1 pupusa, so you can get plenty of delicious pupusas for a low cost. It is a no brainer to get.
Quesadilla de carne asada 4/5 – pretty good sized plate. The carne asada was Well seasoned And there was plenty of cheese that was flavorful as well. The beans did not look appetizing but had the right amount of salt. The rice had slight flavor but was fine when mixed with the beans. The salad was bland though.
Horchata 4/5 – I really enjoyed it because it was not super sweet like other restaurants make it.
They have the best service. …
