The drive thru is sooo long and slow. Up to 30 mins waiting almost every time I’ve gone and my toddler gets so fed up in the car and it’s just not fun. They need more employees they seem understaffed. I only come because it’s one of my sons safe foods

You think someone who’s rushing your order and won’t let you finish your sentences at the drive thru would at least get your order right, right? No. They put mayo in one of our whoppers after we clearly told them not to, even shows on the receipt. We asked for a bacon cheese whopper, they didn’t even give that to us. Royal crispy and it came with no bacon or condiments. We asked for a plain burger with cheese, no cheese. This was all even clearly printed on the receipt. Maybe their cooks aren’t paying attention to the orders. When we thought it couldn’t get worse, we found a long hair in our burger. Do not come to this Burger King, there’s better ones out there.

Overall, the food itself is great, but not the playhouse (which I’ll get to later of the review). Quite frequently, I receive coupons from Burger King and of other fast food restaurants. There’s some great bargains and much of menu is affordable, especially if you’re in budget. These restaurants are quite popular among teenagers and parents for that reason alone. Now to the children’s playhouse, it’s very unsanitary and I’m astonished the city authorities or inspectors haven’t declared a citation. As a long time resident of South Gate, this playhouse was not presentable, even when I was a child. On the contrary, that’s not to say that the employees are careless, but they should make some attempt to address the issue. As cliche as it sounds, the sooner the better.

If I could give this Place zero stars, I would, the manager was so rude. He looked like he hated his job. He didn’t want to help anyone he was screaming at his employees. My kids were so excited to stop because most of the BK’s around us have closed. I couldn’t believe the way he was treating and talking to his employees. There was a girl with glitter eyeshadow, I wish I would’ve caught her name. She was so nice and helpful. She was the only one there that looked like she enjoyed her job and cared to help anyone

Gave me a sandwich with dark lettuce. If I’m paying $10+ for a meal I’m expecting it to be fresh. Also their freeze machine is never working. Only thing good about this place is that the service is quick.

I came at 11:00pm 2 workers were inside they had seen the cars in the drive thru and quickly went to hide like they were doing something or hiding so they wouldn’t do their work but whatever it was they didnt came to the drive thru window why have it open if the workers ain’t going to be doing their job..bumss
