Food was lovely !
I ordered and recommend the Risoto di mare !
The service was fast food was served quickly .
Overall great , I’ll just say the wine bottle was overpriced for being a rosé.
The chocolate trufe was good for dessert, maybe the presentation was a bit odd , plate too big for 1 piece !

Such a cozy place with a touch romantic and italian vibe. Had the pasta with seafood (di mare) and it was one of the best seafood pasta I had in my life. And the tiramisu was amazing. The waitress that we had was so friendly and she really did provide us with good service the whole time I recommend!

Where to eat in Göteborg? Without hesitation I say THIS PLACE. Perfect Italian restaurant with stunning 3 courses menu. Xzenu and I had Gamberi Al Aglio, Tagliata Di Manzo, Tiramisu, and Panna Cotta. We enjoy every bite, and just as important, we enjoy the cozy place and superb hospitality from our lovely waiter, Signor Aykut (I hope I write his name right)!

Angelo’s is an acceptable experience. Downsides are first and foremost the lack of vegan options, as there is literally only one dish on the menu that is vegan (pasta all’ arrabbiata). Considering the whopping price point of 199 SEK for a simple tomato sauce pasta, you might expect some sort of higher quality, but in the end it was just alright. The sauce is weirdly sweet, so they definitely added sugar to it to fight the acidity (not very Italian of them) and the pasta itself was overcooked. Generally, the pricing at Angelo’s is a bit ridiculous with higher than average prices also for drinks.
Still, the service is quite nice and friendly and as an experience with non-vegan company, you can tag along and have a decent enough evening. But surely no place to seek out for a good vegan pasta. More like 2/5 if you just focus on the food.

Food was great, but factor in the price and the service, the experience was terrible.
Long wait times even to get asked for drink orders, it was difficult to contact the waiters, food came to the table so out of sync that some of us were finished by the time the last people got their plates. Coffee and dessert didn’t come out together. Some of the staff were rude towards the persons that didn’t order alcohol. Very limited vegan options.
So many other great places nearby that are better to visit.

Very good quality food and nice wine as well as a cozy atmosphere. Well-priced. However, we had to wait an hour total for our starter and main, and the waiter got one of our orders wrong. He said it would take 8 minutes to get the correct one, but it took 15.
