This is your classic diner. The menu is extensive and has so many different options. The diner is always very clean and the servers are normally very nice and quick. It is the perfect place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. You know what to expect and it usually is good. My go to in this spot is the walnut cranberry grilled chicken salad.

We eat here regularly because of the great menu and food. They have very nice waitresses and they give you the best service in the area! Everytime we have gone there we’ve had a different waitress, and all have been super efficient and nice. All of their food is really good and portions as well. Highly recommended. They could do better though in the wearing of masks though. I don’t like waitresses who wear them with nose showing or none at all.

First time there -and The food was good, and the service was fantastic! However,(I strongly urge you to clean the floors. The carpet looks and feels It’s been ages since this place has been cleaned. I almost left because it was so dirty and unpleasant. The food was delicious, and the service was great, but the cleanliness was a major letdown. We were a large group of 10 people, and moving to a different place would have been too much of a hassle at the time. But this is such a disappointment, Thinking about it makes me feel like I have to disinfect all of my belongings over and over again. I do hope they do some cleaning on the place because it’s nice ! But not clean at all.

You have to practice to be this bad at serving. Owner(?) who sat us just walked to a booth, threw menus on the table, and kept walking. After a lengthy wait a clearly overworked young man came over to say he’d be with us in a minute. Eventually a different young man brought water and place settings (still no coffee). Eventually he came over to take a drink order. Eventually he brought it back, to take our food order. Never saw anyone after that. My wife tried to ask him for a coffee refill. 10 minutes later, she asked someone else (who, to his credit, came right over), The whole time we were ignored, and wondered why we couldn’t just leave. Food was plain, and cold, and felt like the kind of thing you’d put together yourself from what you found in the fridge – and you’d make it with more love than they did. It was edible, it was just … dull. Then of course when you pay up front they’re there asking, “How was everything?” and you kind of want to say, “Horrible, honestly.” Their credit card machine also has 18% as the lowest tip, so you have to decide in that moment if you’re mad enough to leave no tip at all and get into a whole scene, or you just want to go.

I was not happy with this place. Atmosphere is good, service is quick but a lot of misunderstanding with my order and even in a bill. The food is ok but burger was dry & salad from chef was a no great have I would expect. It my opinion it will be much better to visit a lot of cozy place just few blocks away in downtown.

Came here at the recommendation of an acquaintance. Great food, very attentive waitress, cute ambience. Our waitress was really nice and took the experience from good to great! I don’t come to CT often but when I do, I’ll make sure to come back.

To say the customer service at this place is atrocious, I mean I simply wouldn’t be doing it justice. The waiting employee was impossible to get a hold of, she’d be two feet away and we’d be calling them over to ask for something and they’d just walk away. We ordered a side of home fries, and she brought us hash browns – and we already knew she was going to do this because she quite literally walked off halfway into attempting to tell her what we wanted. We gave up and just ate the hash browns because it was pointless to even try to get a hold of her again. We had to beg employees to come and refill the coffee or get a to go container. The cherry on top was that their payment machine was broken – and we had to add an extra 45 minutes to our day at the restaurant, commute out of our way to the bank to get cash and come back to pay. First and very much the last time we come here – you’re better off eating a cheap meal at the Duchess next door and I guarantee you they will provide significantly better customer service.
