I had an amazing experience at Oki Roki! From the moment we walked in, our server Juan went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued as customers. His friendly attitude and attentiveness truly made the visit special.
Our drinks came out quickly, and the food arrived fast, fresh, and piping hot. Even though the restaurant was packed, Juan handled everything at our table smoothly and professionally. He stayed attentive throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, he did a fantastic, fabulous job. Great service and great food. Highly recommended if you are in the Nogales area and looking for a great sushi spot.

Waited longer for my ticket asked and still had to wait for 3 other tables forgot I had even asked to pay most likely thought about walking out how long it took so I got up and left for the counter instead 6/10 on service I am not hard to please but I will walk out without paying

Not traditional sushi. Disappointed because i wanted sushi. If you’re looking for sushi this isn’t the place to go.
However the portions are huge and if you are looking for something non-traditional and with cooked meat i.e. ground beef, bacon and/or chicken than it’s not bad. It’s just not what you expect for traditional sushi.
Service was good, atmosphere is upbeat, young vibe, but it’s not what I expect when I want/think of sushi.

Saying stuff like he was cute and everything while at the same time, my son was really uncomfortable And so I was. Your Employee with someone that speaks Spanish And another employee call him Aki and sum random
Nickname.
I’m pretty sure all your employees are Legally adults And maybe they need a reminder not to Flirt with 17 y/o costumers.
Other than that, everything was really good.

Wow what a surprise in Nogales to find such a great selection of sushi. Went to Okiroki after crossing the border from Mexico to try something new. I truly enjoyed this place. Great service and food. There’s a nice little bar inside and an awesome patio. Kind of an awkward entry from the T-Mobile parking lot. I had the rainbow sushi which was fantastic. I will be back.

The food is pretty good and the atmosphere too. The service is the opposite, the place can be empty or with a few people and they take over 40 minutes to serve you. The waitress attitude can be better too. When you finally get your food (appetizer) you don’t get a plate or anything, you have to get up and go to the waitress and ask for them. If you decides to go there I would recommend to order to go.

Worst place to eat, occasionally eat here just because there is no other choice locally… But every single experience is the same here, bad service, waitress takes forever to even offer a drink, food always arrives late to table can be sitting on chefs rack for minutes, owner always walking around talking to girls, no customer service instead of looking at tables to see if they need service, or checking on staff to see if they are performing right. No customer service, no professionalism, food always cold, always tried to give them a chance but sadly every experience is always the same here.
