Stopped by around 6:30pm for something to eat before I made it to work. I wanted to try the Ultimate Nachos since they are usually pretty good when I do eat them. The chili and cheese was cold. The chili felt and tasted like paste as if it just needed to be changed out. The staff was nice and the establishment was pretty clean. Just wasn’t to happy with this order. Cookie was pretty good

Great deli restaurant. I have been coming here for years, especially after the hwy 280 location closed. I recommend their choose 2 option. Half soup/sandwich or soup and salad. You choose. It is a hit on those indecisive what’s for dinner nights. Their tea beats Milos hands down. Dessert cookies are good too.

Large group of 11 people here when I walked in. They had been waiting 45 minutes for there food. 3 different orders (take out) had been wait 45 minutes also. Manager was in the office & not helping out the kitchen. Dine in group got there food after 50 minutes. The 3 to go groups after 55 minutes. I waited 45 minutes for a potato & potato salad. It was put off to the side as a call in order. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich as part of the T-Mobile Tuesday deals. It was made fresh and was delicious! My visit before this, I ordered their turkey club meal with their famous sweet tea. You won’t go wrong with the club. The service is always very good, even the customers are friendly.

Worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. They’ve got young smart mouth girls working the front of store that have an attitude like they hate the job.
The only customer service came from a cook in the back.
My food came out and it took the girl 16 minutes to bag it because she was playing or just plain slow. I’ll never come here again. The guy in the back should go work somewhere more fitting. He could definitely make more money with less bs.

Canceled my pick up order. Called and spoke with Dustin, he was nice but didn’t resolve the issue. I called corporate and they advise that each location is independently owned and operated so they have the ability to resolve complaints.

The food & service here is always great. I always stop by when I’m in town for a quick bite, I live about 1.5 hour away so I don’t get the chance to visit this restaurant as much as I would like but when I do it’s usually for lunch. The atmosphere is always pleasant and friendly. There’s outside seating for those who want to eat outside and enjoy the weather and of course you can always choose to eat inside. The food is always made cooked to order or made to order, I usually order the Italian. I like the many different flavors & ingredients this sandwich offers. Black forest ham,salami, provolone,peppers, tomatoes, red onions etc… The food is delicious and inexpensive.

I had my hopes up for this place boy was I wrong. Food is average at best. I would have preferred Jersey Mikes over this place any day. I got the big nasty sandwich. What a joke, there was no gravy at all on it and it barely had any meat on it with just a dash of cheese on a white bun not a baguette. Over priced by far. Take a look for yourself.

They left out all of the sides for our meals, and this is the state of my chicken salad upon unwrapping it. Apparently it owed someone money or something. when I tried to pick up one of the halves, it fell apart.
