Usually, great service and great food, but the vegetables have been tasting off lately. Plus, historically the tips that go on credit cards are not given to the employees. I brought it up to ask if the employees get them now, then was pushed to give more details on who told me that. I lied to protect the individual who did say it, they will never know if it was a he or a she or when I was told because it is against the law and the employee should not be punished for speaking the truth. I’ve been there a couple times and they were fine but when I got my sandwiches today they tasted of rotten meat. And the lady said you saw me make the food and I said correct, I did.You did everything perfect thank you for making my sandwich, I took two bites of of the sandwich and wanted a refund and was denied, never coming here again.

I was not greeted when I can in the store. The customer service was past horrible, I was told to sit and wait for another order to be made before mine (I was the only person in the store who needed to order). This was my 1st and last visit. FYI go to Publix the salads are so good there.

My last two visits have been awful for online order pickup. Incident 2: There is a staff change I believe and during my most recent visit, I got a burnt Italian bread, food full of salt in my footlong. My another order which was a chicken wrap – was not mixed properly and had all the chicken filled at the bottom and all salt content inside chicken and not in the other part.
Incident 1:
Before this visit, the new guy whom I saw for the first time, made me wait more than the estimated pickup time over there as he was busy in assisting other people. When I asked him about my order, he was rude and told me I ‘m the only one working here. Once I got my order (containing two foot long) , the breads that I indicated in my order were different. I had the same excess salt related issues in this order as well.
Reported my experience both the times via Subway online form and I asked for a refund with couple of follow up emails during Incident 1 and I didn’t get any response from the manager.
I have shared Incident 2 related photos to the manager via email and will update this post if I receive any response from them.
I never had any issues before my last two visits with the new staff member I saw both the times.

I have been to many other subway locations, but this one stands out. The staff here are AMAZING! Great customer service, especially Rebecca and the owner who’s name I have forgotten. Anyways I shall also mention the main thing, great food and very fast! My mother and I come here very often and encourage anyone looking for good food at a good price to come and try it out!

Placed an order online near the place that I work at and they even delivered it to me! Rashi and Rory are the best! Rashi knows basically everyone by name and has the best customer service I have seen. She should be promoted pronto! I love this subway and will continue to use it! Very clean inside.

Not easy to pick up food ordered online. Unclear where to approach. Inside, the few tables are crammed together with no way to achieve recommended SD, which is enough to keep me away. All employees I saw were wearing masks. The food was ready on time, and was good as expected.

My family and I like to go here quite often. It is near and clean and I love how they can close the glass cases on the food especially during this time while COVID, the flu and RSV are running rampant! My fíance and I have discovered the pizzas that we put extra marinara sauce on, then pepperoni, cappicoli (spiced ham), tomatoes, black olives and anything else then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese toast it and wha-la!!! It’s an excellent personal pan pizza!!¡! They have salami too!!! Try it but be warned, they have a bunch of great looking new sandwiches too!!!! Really good Subway and please tip the workers in that on the counter!! They aren’t allowed to write tip jar on it for some reason but that’s what it is!!!

Best fresh sandwiches. They have so many choices. The prices are good and it is a good fast food alternative for those who have to eat out alot or just wanting a healthy alternative to the other things. You choose your toppings and they have fresh everyday. The cookies are to die for. This is a great atomsphere and good food. Highly recommend
