I wish I can give them zero stars! I really try to give this location a second chance the first time I ordered my shrimps was dry and my corn was hard like they gave me something that had been cooked hours before. So yesterday me willing to try it again this time my shrimps was soften like gooey as well my crawfish was soften gooey. I will not be ordering from this location again I rather stick to Red Pier don’t care if it’s my last option I will never!!!!

Went here for lunch today. Their seasoning is overly salty so I asked could I get butter and seasoning separate. The waiter seemed puzzled and she stated she wasn’t sure if that could be done. I’m not certain what’s complex about putting butter in one container and seasoning in another. She said they were not able to do it so I decided to order something else. I ordered a catfish basket. When the fish came out, I was in utter shock. This is in fact not catfish. The fish looked as though they fry it in chicken or shrimp batter. It had a smell to it and the fish was such poor quality. The waiter service was below subpar and she wasn’t too friendly. I would not go back to this location… EVER. Lastly, she brought the check and my friend wanted to order a to go order for her husband. The waiter stated she couldn’t because she had already printed the check. That was misinformation and overall poor service.

If I could give the cashier zero stars I would. I went in for a pick up order and used the wrong card. I wanted to change to another card. She insisted they can not do it. She suggested that I not get anything and she will cancel my order. Wouldn’t it make sense to cancel the order and purchase it under the new card. She was very rude and I will not spend my money where people are rude. I canceled the order and walked out.

Ken at this location is very rude. Prior to myself and my friend ordering, there was a customer before us that had already had issues with him being rude. I thought to myself “she doing way too much” until it was our turn to order and realized he got exactly what he deserved! He should not be dealing with customers at all. After the first incident, he walked off without even addressing us and when we address him he waved us off…however, we allowed him to cool down just for him to come back and be rude to us. It started with my friend asking for condiments, following that I decided to order my drink with another worker who was available, since Ken seemed too busy at the moment to take my drink order. As I was ordering with the other worker, I commended him on his customer service, as well as gave him a tip. That unsettled Ken and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have to commend the other worker and some other mess. I advised him that I can say what I wanna say and told him how rude he was.

It was great. It was my birthday weekend & I really enjoyed my dinner here. My sister & her wife came from Atlanta & my close, wonderful friends were present too. One of my friends is pictured here. We all enjoyed our food & drinks. Kaleb was a superb waiter with a wonderful personality & took care of all of our concerns & needs. I highly recommend him. We definitely visit again birthday or no!!! Thank you!

horrible experience in red hook! specifically with the manager , we were a table of 6 people witch I’m AWARE there is a 18% of the check total for gratitude . The SERVER didn’t even bother to come check or table or if we needed refill on drinks. We had to be asking others servers for the refill . When we were going to pay & complain about the service tip we were CHARGE ($80) . The Manager (didn’t want to give his name) said he would call the COPS on us if we didn’t pay. Which we were never hesitating on paying but the service was NOT worth it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . WILL NOT RECOMMEND ! if anyone has a number you can share to do a formal complain please comment on my review.

They were ultimately rude!!! The only person that was ok was the Asian lady taking to go orders. We wanted to sit in but the manager I believe didn’t want us to separate because he wanted to add 18% on our tickets we all had our individual families. Then he smelt like a fresh pack of new ports which was not making it any better. He was pissed that a few of us ordered to go because he didn’t want to serve us. This was my first time at this particular red hook and I never plan on going back.

I ordered the weekend special, which included a lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp, a corn, and 3 potatoes. I was not disappointed. The serving size was plentiful and the taste was on point. The service, although short-staffed like most businesses, was actually amazing. Everyone was friendly and polite. My dinner date ordered the chicken poboy, he was not impressed, he said it is clear that the chicken was an after thought, after all, this is a seafood restaurant. I would certainly recommend them for the seafood boil.

I love the red hook Wolfchase location but wanted to try this location. Service was terrible she got my order wrong and was more focused on her phone then her tables. As soon as i walked in the server made a face making me want to leave right aeayw but as a server i tried to understand. Food was great but the service ruined the experience
