Lace burgers is the Smashburger pop you NEED to experience! We’re normally not big smash burger people and typically like the thick patty, but we have to say that we were INCREDIBLY impressed with Lace burgers!
We experienced them at a pop up at Kitty Cohen and Fast Friends Brewery in Austin.
We’ve tried the OG, Heater, the “purger” aka a pizza burger, and even a quad aka the OG with 4 patties. We LOVED all of them and the flavors and sauces he brings makes them stand out.
Because of the ingredients and technique he uses for his burgers he creates a patty that is “lacey” which is literally the perfect name… It is juicy on the inside and slightly crunchy on the skirt or outside portion of the burger.
If you see an upcoming pop you definitely need to make sure you check them out!
