I’ve never written a bad review on a restaurant in my life until right now. We waited 20 minutes for 5 chicken tenders, fries and a sandwich. The food was cold. The chicken tenders were overcooked that I could not even bite into them. We left and had to go somewhere else. I’ve always loved Popeyes but we will not returning after this.

First off I love Popeyes when it’s served properly. Today experience was horrible my food was cold my fries tasted like they were made with rotten potatoes. They also forgot to put my mash potatoes and macaroni in the bag so half way down the road I had to turn around. My chicken tenders looked more like chicken nuggets and honestly I will not be visiting Popeyes in Waynesboro anymore. My few dollars may not make a difference to them but they mean a lot to me ~ disappointed

Food took quite awhile for no line and drive through but it was correct and hot. Maybe they were short staffed or low on chicken but it did taste good.

I went through drive thru. There was a wait for chicken. I was ask to park and they would bring it out. After waiting longer than they said it would take, I went inside. It was said that my chicken had been give to another customer and the wait time now would be 18 minutes. I got a refund.

The food was ok at best and the drive thru had issues with ordering and you needed to drive around the store to make your order. Also I had to wait a considerable amount of time to make my early lunch order. The quality of the chicken was also very thin, as I ordered the honey spice chicken.

If this is the quality of the food that is consistent here I will never be back. Not only did my meal look like this the other one I ordered did also. These were not chicken tenders these were chicken crumbs. Didnt even bother to get my money back. Very disappointed and disgusted . One star is wayyyyyyy to high. Even the biscuit was a brick.
