First off, most of the food I have had here is pretty good. Never really had an issue until the orange chicken. My first time having it here, it was amazing. Their orange sauce is the best, in my opinion. Every time after that, it has been mostly inedible (3-4 times). The chicken is just over cooked, some pieces the fork won’t even go into it (those being the smaller pieces that fry fastest). I think I got 3 or 4 edible pieces out of this. Which is unfortunate because they do give you a good amount of food. The pictures show the amount of meat that was NOT edible, which is most of it. The rice and the broccoli were fine and they give you a good amount of rice, as well. Sad to say the orange chicken here is off my list now.

The food is good, but the prices are honestly laughable. $1.79 for an egg roll that could fit in a toddler’s hand is wild. Still, the food makes it worth it.
Unfortunately, the service is a different story. The staff clearly needs training in basic customer service. Not sure if it’s a maturity issue, but they come off rude and unpleasant. Megan in particular acts like being polite is optional.

Normally I only share positive experiences to my followers but this time I felt I had to write a review. I’m Super disappointed. I ordered sesame chicken today around 3pm and five more meals for my family. I waited about 30 min for our food in an empty place. The chicken was hard and dry like a rock. I told the cashier and she said she will tell the cook and that’s it. She said no one has complained. I also shared with her that when you cut the chicken you can see it looks like a rope. She said ok. No customer service. They didnt offer to make it right. I felt there was no reason to request anything anymore after this experience. I went and sat down and ate rice. The cook just starred at me with no concern. Not coming back.

I know times are getting tough but a half bowl of meso soup. The table next to us was dirty as well as several other table. You get less food in smaller containers. The food was good. I open up orange chicken, and said wow look at all that chicken, but under the chicken was alot of fried rice. I hate to say it but we will be back, cause the food is still good. Thank you for the discount. They do give discount for first responders and veterans. Thank you again.

Seriously don’t know why we have never tried this excellent spot. Was pleasantly surprised of how bright and clean everything was… including the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the food blew our minds. Absolutely delicious. And huge portions for the little price. Will definitely make this a regular spot anytime we are in Big Spring ☺️

We’ve had this same issue several times with takeout. The buzzer never goes off, and after waiting a long time we have to go up and ask, only to find the food has already been ready. Once they notice us, they ring the buzzer. It’s inconvenient and results in cold food, which is disappointing.

Rude customer service and management , just don’t like you get angry to your employees / coworker that the customers hear you. First time to try sushi fried which is not good for me on my opinion,however fried rice with steak are good and the Hibachi Salmon are yummy too

This was wonderful surprise. I ordered 2 shimp tempura rolls. They were about $7 each and the pieces were huge and flavorful.
