We normally love Uncle Joe’s. We always order the colossal pizzas. They are a hit in our house. Today, we ordered 2. A reg cheese and a broccoli white pizza. It came out to 62.00–which we normally don’t care. Only, the white was atrocious. It was super thin, overly crispy, and missing the ricotta. When you pay 33.99 for a pizza, you expect it to be good. Decent. This was anything but. It was so dry, like the olive oil was left off. Maybe the person making the pizza has an off day. It wasn’t super busy, like it sometimes is. Where is the ricotta? The olive oil? The seasoning? The red was the normal, and nothing was off with that one, but the white was… bad. Really bad.

I’ve attached photos and our receipt. The over cooked white is what we got. The last pic is what it’s supposed to look like from other reviews. This white was so bad that we had to drink with it because it was dry and hard to swallow. I’m disappointed in the white, and for 33.99 for that… that’s just ridiculous.

Quick stop today and grabbed two slices of pizza with the sweet sauce – darn good pizza. Sweet, but not too much, crust was super crispy but not burnt and the service was quick. Will definitely be back again to try other items!

So, I traveled from 30 miles west of Pittsburgh for my granddaughter’s birthday party. Stayed at the local Holiday Inn Express.
I asked the young lady at the counter where I could go quickly to get something to eat. She suggested this facility.
She was right. Yall did not disappoint. I ordered a cheese steak sandwich, which was better than anything I’ve ever had. The cheese was melted and mixed in with the steak. Not the normal plastic white cheese that most people overcharge for. I only got 1/2 sandwich and couldn’t even eat it all. It was huge. What I don’t understand is how it was so affordable? Most places charge anywhere from 12-15 dollars for half of what I received. Not sure of the exact price, but I wanna say 8.99? Well worth every penny.
The young lady that waited on me was very young but very polite. Yes sir. No sir. Upon getting my order, a young man from the back came up and said, “have a good evening sir”. I’m not sure if that’s just how these kids were raised or if the company insists on professionalism. Either way, it was a welcome event in my evening. I travel here 3-4 times a year. This will not be my last visit. Kudos to you!

Small pizza and sandwich shop. Indoor and patio seating. Baseball games playing on both tvs. We had the medium supreme pizza and it was more than enough for two of us. The pizza was served hot out of the oven. Ste staff was super friendly.

First time here. In town for business and found this spot to stop for lunch. The owner was incredibly friendly to us. Greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome when we walked in. I ordered two slices which came with a free fountain drink. I got the regular pepperoni and then a cheese slice with sweet sauce. Both were fantastic. I really liked the sweet sauce slice and would recommend trying it although I know it isn’t for everyone. The pepperoni was delicious as well. Huge slices. The pricing is very reasonable too! Four slices and two drinks for less than $15! The interior is nice and clean with plenty of sports memorabilia to look at. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good slice of pizza made by good people.

Usually not the type to write a review but this place was different than any restaurant I’ve experienced. You may think Im over exaggerating when I say this but I had the worst Italian food dish I’ve ever eaten at this place. I had a chicken parm “cutlet” sub and the reason I quoted cutlet is because they use frozen chicken tenders instead of an actual cutlet with cold cheap tasting mozzarella and a subpar marinara sauce too, the bread was nice and crunchy but that’s literally the only good think I can say about this dish. And on top of that the service was just as bad as the food, after our sandwiches took 25 minutes (people came in and ordered after us and got their food before us) we were immediately kicked out of the place for bringing our own drinks in. Correct me if Im wrong but a simple warning or asking us to remove said drinks when we first came in would’ve been a much easier and better alternative and we couldve at least had somewhat of a dining experience but no. Rude staff and horrible food, I do NOT recommend.

I was visiting the area and saw the good reviews. Tigress of check it out.

Now I will admit that I arrived an hour before closing on a Sunday night. I was going to eat in but I didn’t want to feel rushed as they would be ready to close so I opted for takeout.

I liked the variety of menu choices, from traditional Italian choices to American choices like roast beef. I decided to go for their chicken parmigian. It came with two fried chicken cutlets over a generous bed of spaghetti. The flavor was very good but I could have used twice as much sauce. What I had was dry and disappointing. It was like eating leftovers. Sorry guys. Even at 6pm on a Sunday you really should be at the top of your game.

Visited on 8/10/23 while in town overnight.

First off, the two staff there were on their own and working their tails off in the face of numerous customers and no additional support. They were quick to greet me and everyone else walking in while being honest about waits and limits.

Even with the shortage of staff, I was in and out in 15 minutes with a pound of boneless wings with blue cheese and celery; and, mozzarella sticks. Both of which were really good!

I would recommend visiting and would return for both the good service and quality of the food.

Chicken was frozen chicken tenders, food made me sick after. Didn’t say thank you after the tip. Food was not good, mid at best. I wish I never ate here because the food made me so sick it ruined my vacation

Sadly their subs have gone way down hill. It might have been who made them the last time we stopped in but our subs were all bread with literally one slice of meat on them. For 30plus dollars you would expect something more. We always try to support local mom and pop shops but Subway would have been a better option.
