The tacos were honestly perfect. I had the barbacoa & the asada. The barbacoa was so juicy. I could taste every spice. Very authentic flavor. The meat is good quality. The staff was kind. They have a shed with indoor seating, TV & a bathroom if u don’t want to sit outside. I appreciate them being open earlier than everyone else. If I pass through this area I would definitely come back.

Here in Skagit County we have many excellent options for authentic Mexican truck meals. Located on an arterial in a residential area. The truck is rarely here, but when it is, you absolutely should stop in for their handmade tortillas and stewed sauces.

We stopped here after picking up some tools in Burlington. Super tasty! We had veggie and barbacoa tacos that really hit the spot. The staff were super nice and friendly, we will definitely be stopping here for a quick bite whenever we’re in the area

On the weekends I love their menudo that tastes so delicious with their homemade tortillas and they’re birria de Chivo it’s delicious too if you can eat a bowl if you can find one because they sell fast and I just love their service.

Best Mexican food in the Valley, especially the tacos. The Menudo on the weekends with handmade tortillas is delicious. They also have the best prices! I’d be willing to pay double for the food. Owned and ran by a very nice family.
