Last night, we were lucky to find this restaurant—it was the only one open near us after 10 p.m. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. They took great care of us, and the food was simply spectacular.
Our server, Shanie, was an absolute delight. She made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food… wow! The chef, Cindy, surprised us with every dish. You could taste the passion and talent in every bite.
If you’re looking for a place with delicious food and amazing service, this is it. I highly recommend it—you won’t regret it!

If I could give Batch more than five stars, I absolutely would.
I stopped into Batch on a whim after spending the day driving to Niagara Falls State Park. I had driven all the way out from Indiana, just chasing the experience, and by the time I got there the kitchen had already closed. It was 10:15 ish. Most places would’ve politely told me I was out of luck, but not here.
The bartender was nothing short of incredible. Even with the kitchen closed, she somehow managed to serve me the best clam chowder I have ever had in my life. And I don’t say that lightly it was top-tier, absolutely amazing. The kind of food you don’t forget. The kind that makes you stop mid-bite and just appreciate where you are.
But what truly set this place apart wasn’t just the food it was the heart behind it. She went completely out of her way to recommend other late-night spots for me to check out, making sure I wouldn’t go hungry after hours. And then, unbelievably, she even gave me her own lunch to take home. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare. You can’t fake that. That’s genuine.
The vibe was just as impressive as the service. Great music, super friendly atmosphere, and a welcoming energy that makes you feel like you belong even if you just rolled into town from across the country. It wasn’t just a bar. It felt like a place where people actually care.
I drove to New York on a whim. Batch is the reason I fell in love with it.
If you’re anywhere near Niagara Falls, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t just get great food and great music you’ll experience real hospitality.

We really enjoyed our dinner at batch. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed experiencing the local scene while on our road trip to Niagara falls. This service was absolutely fantastic and we felt right at home in this place. Would definitely recommend the beef on weck sandwich and the gravy fries. Also was very accommodating to vegetarian needs. It felt like they were playing our music playlist.

My mouth still waters from the thought of the absolutely incredible sauces the mix up. I was in town from South for a family reunion and I so wish Batch was near me. Definately the best wings and stuffed shrooms I’ve ever had by far. The bar tendor was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of company by far. The atmosphere was perfect. They had excellent live music the second time I visited, because I couldnt not return for a second visit, even though my trip was very short. The conversation with the neighborhood folks was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of having in a joint by far…… Thank yall so much everyone. Coworkers & I order from here very often but tonight after work, I ordered for my family & was VERY disappointed. My order was messed up twice which I had to return back for my wings after getting 10 minutes down the road. No biggie I guess… worse part was when I made it home, all of the beef on wecks I ordered had no roast beef. I called & had to go back a 25 minute drive 1 way to get it corrected. I was hoping they just remade the order. However they just gave me the roast beef in a few containers & compensated me with some loaded fries & offered some beer but I don’t drink. I would have liked if they gave me some extra wings but they didn’t offer & im not one to make demands on how I would like it made right nor make a big deal of mistakes because we all make em. But 2 mistakes on the same order that cost me almost an hr drive all together & the gas wasted, just to get extra fries was a little underwhelming. Appreciate the chef for trying aside from all. Just definitely ruined dinner with my family. Food was good as always though!!

Good beef on weck, fries, and wings. Good beer selection, friendly staff, it’s clean, and the live music is talented.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere is unlike anything I have ever experienced. As soon as we walked in we were treated like we have been going there for years. Larry and Chuck are now forever friends and I look forward to visiting Niagra Falls again, and when I do. BATCH will be my 1st stop!

Had to work late and stopped in bc we were starving, the bartender and waitress was absolutely awesome, the owner who is also the chef/cook came out and asked us and everyone else how everything was, we just missed the move music but the atmosphere was absolutely amazing (busy but not crowded) service was spectacular and the food was was superb!
