Haven’t been here in awhile but had to try it again as I was told they were back with orange chicken which they haven’t had in a minute. I ended up eating in as I couldn’t wait to try the orange chicken and as always the food is amazing. I feel like the orange chicken will keep a lot of people happy lol me included on top of all of that with how excited I was I would have glossed over the customer service but that was also amazing. I could have been having a bad day so maybe that’s why I noticed it but either way it was what customer service should be. And they were so patient with me…. I could go on

It’s typical fast-food seating but the food line moves fast because the servers are all customer-service oriented and friendly. The franchise-atmosphere is fine and the food is good. It’s pretty noisy in there but you can still talk without shouting.

For a fast food restaurant…I love this place. Valentina is a gem! The main reason I come here is to get the perfectly steamed veggies. And she recognized that when the selection was lacking, she called it out, and asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting 2 to 3 minutes for a fresh batch. Just receiving service and ownership like this anywhere these days as appreciated. So thank you for having pride in your job. The food is always tasty and great deal!

I am leaving this review to let the restaurant know, because it wouldn’t have done me any good to talk to somebody. That when somebody makes an order and you tell them to move down the line, maybe you should communicate with the other people down the line to let them know what that person is down the line for or maybe the person down the line should look up and speak to the person standing in front of them instead of allowing six people to go in front of them and ignoring the person that is trying to place their order. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express and we may not come back to this one and it’s the only one in town. We are fine with not eating Panda Express

I got fried rice instead of white rice but they fixed it and gave me a new bowl. Good food. Double check your rice orders before you leave. I had to go back. It was the drive thru.

Too often employees are stuck in the robot mode of customer service that they forget that they are not robots and they are not helping robots. So kudos where it belongs.

I always like Panda Express, but unfortunately, I have been getting less and less food in my tray for more money. I waited for a fresh batch of shrimp, and they threw in 7. Normally there’s 10 to 12. And the Beijing beef was no better, or the Chow main. At least the spring rolls are still the same size.

Very good and friendly. The bathroom was disgusting. No, toilet paper, uh, paper towels in the sink. Also, the soda machine was out. We had to drink tea which they should’ve told us in the beginning but they did not after we went over there. It said, sort of machine did work.Chicken was not that great for orange chicken
