When in Rome, they say to do as the Romans do so since I was in Gahanna Ohio I thought I should drop into this Taco Bell.
Now this must be a trendsetter with Taco Bell because it’s got a different layout. It’s more modern cleaner, crisp, or efficient.
No, this being one of their newer remodel facilities, they did incorporate the self-serve kiosk, which I hate, but the counter staff was more than willing to let me order at the counter, unlike most McDonald’s nowadays .
Got to say, I tried one of their taco pizzas which looked delicious in the picture, but it’s a C at best .
All in all I highly recommend this place the staff was very cool it’s very clean. It’s everything you come to expect in the big bucks Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell, but this one was pretty nasty. The person who took my food order (a middle aged heavy-set woman) was wearing gloves and handled my money, their gloves looked like they hadn’t been changed in hours with food all over them, and I watched her use those same gloves to prepare more food. The inside looked dirty from what I could see with food all over the floor, and on the counters.

Terrible attitudes from inside people. The guy at the window was very polite. Had to go back in because they forgot 3 things, the guy tried to tell me I didn’t order them until I showed him my receipt then he was OBVIOUSLY and LOUDLY rude and annoyed that he had to make and give me said items, also maybe that he was absolutely WRONG!
Thank you terrible dude for making sure that’s the last time I go to that specific Taco Bell. Gross person with an even grosser attitude.

There is ALWAYS a problem with the food. Burnt quesadillas and missing sauce and drinks are almost garunteed, and any fried things like the nachos always taste like they haven’t changed to oil in a long time. I’ve only gotten delievery through the app, but I shudder to think at how tings look in the actual restaurant.

Came here to pick up an order, two guys outside smoking and being highly inappropriate to start, then the girl at the window swears me up an down that they don’t have my order and that they haven’t received it and she’s been doing this allllll night only to turn around and realize the orders been sitting on the screen waiting to be prepared and none of the 5 people on staff noticed because they’re all just so busy! I’m the only customer on site mind you, thanks!

Great food, clean and well stocked. The manager and the team there were extremely communicative and helpful with getting a couple issues resolved around a menu item out of stock. It’s not often fast food places get a review, but the team here was top notch, pleasant, and friendly.
