Our experience here was really nice. The service was quick and very friendly which is always great to have.
The overall space itself was not very big but organized well enough to move around easily even when it’s busy.
The portion sizes are very large.
Veggie Skillet: this was made first so it came out before my partners food. It was good. It wasn’t very greasy the way a skillet can be. It was more potatoes than veggies, and I wish the potatoes had been cooked a bit more. But overall it was good and I would order again. 3.5/5
Biscuits and Gravy: it was a huge portion. One does not need more than one biscuit at a time. The biscuit themselves were more good but more cake like and less buttery/flakey layers you’d expect from a biscuit. The gravy itself had good flavor. 3.5/5
Breakfast Tacos: these were also a huge portion. The tacos tasted great and had good seasoning. The tortilla shells were just too full and made it difficult to hold and eat.
4/5

This is a very small diner but it is packed with old style flavorful menu items. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Parking is Minimal but if you get a primo spot you will be rewarded with a tasty and filling portion of your favorite menu item.

Amazing Food and Service!
Came here for a company brunch to celebrate my birthday and was blown away. The food was delicious, and the service was super fast, even with a larger group. I ordered the Gyros, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this spot

Biscuit is amazing but the gravy was just meh. Personally a bit more pepper added during the making and perhaps just a touch thinner would be a great improvement. As it is it just felt too premade and not locally.
Now with that said, the biscuit is the best in SE Michigan. It’s so good it saves the dish overall making it a get on every vist.
Staff is outstanding. Very friendly, and helpful.
Omelet and the Benny we had were fantastic.

First time visiting. Terrific experience! It’s a small diner, but has everything you could ask for. Very quick service from pleasant, helpful and attentive wait staff, great menu with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch offerings, very reasonable pricing and the food was delivered quickly, hot and tasted great!
We’ll be back! 5 stars!

Got the Lox, and two classic breakfasts on a Sunday for breakfast. Very reasonable prices, and the bacon is thick and they give you a decent amount! The hot chocolate was nothing special. It took a while for my toast to come out but they were busy and the server was friendly. I wouldn’t return, just because I’ve had better breakfasts, but it was just fine.

Food was amazing & the service was outstanding!! I went on a Saturday so there was a crowd & parking can be limited. But with that we were sat within 5mins and the food came relatively fast. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try!

First visit here, as I live 90 minutes away. The parking is a major problem, but I understand why. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is clean and bright. The food is excellent. The menu holds many upscale surprises. My wife had lox Benedict, my daughter the tiramisu pancakes. She shared with me, and they seemed a little heavy, but they also had a homemade feel. I did see another table sharing an order. The coffee syrup and ladyfingers just make it. I had to have biscuits and gravy. My other reviews have covered my southern background, and I’m still seeking biscuits and gravy like my grandmother’s. The biscuits, obviously freshly made, melted in my mouth, and the gravy was better than most other restaurants I’ve been to. The scrambled egg, the simplest thing, was worth the 90 minute drive. The cheesy grits were fresh. No sign of lumps or standing around under a lamp. The sausage patties, obviously not manufactured on-site, had a good seasoning and were perfectly browned. Whatever brand of coffee they serve needs an advertisement. Correctly brewed and served at a perfect drinking temperature. The only way to improve this restaurant is by expansion (small place).

Bland flavors on crab cake Beni and blueberry cheesecake French toast. Tastes old like it was frozen and heated up. Both were not good and didn’t even finish either one.

Today my wife and I tried a new breakfast spot in Clawson. The décor was fresh and modern, yet the small diner still had a cozy, homey feel. With just two servers on staff, the service was excellent and our server was attentive and timed check-ins perfectly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back here.
