Pulled up through drive thru asked if they had coffee milk, they said yes. I said “can I get a large ice coco cloud latte made with coffee milk” went to pay, and received the coffee. They handed me a large hot, cup I said it was supposed to be ice. The remade it to a med ice dunalatte no coco anywhere insight. I just looked at it, Its not what I want but I had be on my way. This is the third time in the morning they messed up my coffee. On monday, I used my free coffee and got a large ice coco lattee with oatmilk and extra espresso shot, it tasted like dirty water. I was so disappointed especially since I wasted a free coffee
The afternoon shift, I never had a issue with coffee is always good and correct.

Will not be returning here; Never give bad reviews but this is a chain so feel less guilty. Save your time/frustration.
Don’t order if you need to be somewhere/want right order without a crazy back and forth. Also the coffee is very watered down and if you ask for extra coffee/shot so it’s not just milky water, or if you ask for part of your order they forgot, they are rude & let’s face it most people don’t have time to go back and forth in the morning/when getting Dunkin.

NEVER GIVEN 1 star review in any restaurant, but this place do not go. Donuts not filled , it looks like someone hate their job, donut doesnt look like a donut.
. Service – waited 5 mins on line and with 6 employees, 2 employees on phone, doesnt care who is waiting in line
– Bad communication between the team
– coffee taste like it’s been sitting there for few hours
-Bugs flying around
– bathroom door is messed up, once it locked inside, you have to push it hard to open.
I TOLD 4 diff employees for my sandwich, also was on receipt, still messed it up after waiting for 10 extra minutes
Lastly, STORE IS NOT CLEAN! Coffee spots on table, counter tops, dust on the floor !

I went through the drive through yesterday morning and the woman taking our order was extremely rude. She messed up our order and when we went back around to tell them nicely to please correct it, she was super aggressive and mad at us for their mistake. It seems that it would be super helpful for any fast food service team like this to take a quick lesson on customer service. After a hard day it’s way nicer to be treated with kindness at a drive through on my way home than an attitude of annoyance.

Ordered the sourdough sandwich with bacon and it came with the bread half burnt(charcoal) and barely 2 pieces of bacon. I had to remake the sandwich when it got here. I shouldn’t have to do that.

I recently went to the DD in Crafton on Foster Avenue. I just wanted a medium caramel mocha with extra cream, no sugar. Bailey waited on me and I have to say, it was so pleasant! He was sweet and kind and engaging! I even came back in to give a tip! Thank you Bailey! You ROCK!
