They sweetly visit and adjust to cliental. I appreciate their knowledge and they share to carefully choose who you respect. Some people slightly accidentally visit.
I like their lunch special of the chicken bento box with request of teriyaki on the chicken and fried rice as the option. The chef well cooks and seasons the broccoli. They make good yum yum sauce as a light touch and provide soy sauce. I wish they had more help.
Their cooked rolls of either the tropical storm or California with either choice of salmon or scallops and spicy sauce on top are good for a different meal. I enjoy their lightly sweet side ginger salad with my sushi choice.
They make well the lightly fried breaded ice cream for fun special occasion.
The chicken or steak fried rice is a good take home. I get a side of yum yum sauce.

I stopped by Yashi Sushi for lunch today and had a pretty good experience. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has a nice, quiet atmosphere, perfect for a mid-day break.
This time I decided to try something a little different and went with a Spicy Fantastic Tuna Roll, which is a deep fried roll. While it was tasty and the quality seemed great, I think I still prefer my usual go-to, the standard spicy tuna roll. Something about a hot roll just feels a bit off to me, but the flavor was definitely solid.
I also tried the vegetable spring rolls, and those were excellent, crispy and flavorful. Service was good and efficient.
I’ll definitely be visiting again, and next time I’ll stick with my tried-and-true spicy tuna roll.

My family and I have been coming here for years! The owners are always friendly and truly care about their customers. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like and will continue to go here as long as I am in Jacksonville. They have amazing lunch specials and everything is always fresh. Good size rolls and hibachi portions. The dynamite roll is a personal favorite and I LOVE their fried rice!

We got takeout from this restaurant. We were struck by how lovely the interior was and would have eaten in if we hadn’t already made plans to take out. Miso soup, nigiri, spicy tuna roll, avocado rolls, and veggies tempura were all excellent. Honestly after our experience here I wondered if the less-favorable reviews on here were posted by competitors. We had no issues with freshness, taste, or temperature of anything we ordered. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Really great sushi! Service is fast and owners remember you and your orders and just awesome, friendly service. Raw sushi is very fresh and tastes good. One of my favorite places for lunch while on break from work.

We only go to this sushi restaurant. They are allergen friendly and able to accommodate gluten and dairy issues. The host makes the whole visit amazing. The quality is always amazing as well.

This place was decent, but nothing to call home about. Got here around 8 pm on a Friday night only to see a few occupied tables. The establishment is small, but nothing special. After being seated we were greeted quickly and ordered. The food was delivered quick and was satisfactory. The sushi rolls were very big and filling and had decent taste. It wasn’t anything to brag about, but was decent food. The fried rice tasted old and bland, but other than that there was nothing to be too upset about. I was also happy the waiter gave us a whole bottle of yum yum sauce to keep at the table without asking. This place is good, not mind blowing sushi, but good enough to get the job done.

The sushi was pretty good but not the best experience. My boyfriend’s sushi was warm which is very weird and not really what you want in sushi. I got “fried rice” which was just plain brown rice with nothing in it (besides eggs removed), with zero flavor and no crunch. I would not consider this fried rice at all. Unfortunately, I was not provided any means of reconciliation and I will be discarding all of the rice with no refund. Poor customer service

We had a great dinner at Yashi Sushi, the sushi were amazing and so was the salad. I loved the miso soup, not so much the clear soup. But I loved their sushi and would definitely visit them again. The fish seemed so fresh and delicious.
