I got here late. About 9:00. Still had plenty of food. Tasted great. All these guys get on here and complain about being out of food when they show up in the last hour. Thats the way all Pandas are. Snooze you loose. Duh

Went in on the night of March 3rd, 2026. There was a slight mix-up with my online order causing a delay. The manager on duty (I really wish I would have gotten her name), as well as the staff were very professional and quick to help rectify the situation.
When I got my food it was hot, and very delicious. I will definitely be returning to this particular location.

Busy night and a bus of sports kids showed up asking if they could serve 26 kiddos. The manager quickly figured out a system and happily excepted the late night challenge and fed those hungry kids. Big kudos to the staff! Food is always good fresh.

Foods either really good or old. I have no problem taking that gamble, but waiting 15 minutes in a drive-through that’s not very busy. Every single time is in an unpleasant experience. Also have been served sodas on multiple occasions with the color of the soda yet no flavor. Especially when only ordering a single bowl (what I usually do) And having three customers go through the lines with much larger orders as I’m waiting out front. I’m not one to write reviews, but it’s a constant occurrence and there’s not another location in my city.

I will not go to this one ever again. 3rd week in a row. Ordered online like I always do just before 5:00 p.m. said the order would be ready around 5:20 p.m. get to the store just after 5:20 and the order has not been started yet. Waited since it was busy. At about 5:45 they finally started the order. They were waiting on a couple of things. They got 99% of the order ready and then we had to sit for another 15 minutes waiting for spring rolls that we’re already up. Finally got our food after 6:00 p.m. after watching the gal that was doing the online orders, skip over what was prepared and starting and then completing other orders that were made after mine.

We really enjoy Panda Express whenever we are in the city.
It typically does not disappoint. Classic Asian inspired dishes that vary at times and locations. The food is always hot and ready to go with fill ups being prepared as the food at the counter dwindles.
It is a little high on the sodium/msg as that is noticeable after eating here, FYI.

Your sign says you were open. I pulled up and no one would answer so I pulled up to the windows where two people were crouched on the floor hiding behind the counter. The guy that was there looked up at me and ignored my waving then walked off. At least wendys is still open and they didn’t ignore me. No wonder you are losing money, horrible customer service.

Wost orange chicken ive ever gotten from panda. Dry, no sauce, just crunchy with very little chicken I’ve never experienced that little sauce and that dry of orange chicken at a panda express in my entire life not to mention the service took quite a bit of time and they had nobody in the parking lot or inside the building, the girl was very nice and polite, but I don’t understand what took so long if I got clearly old dried out chicken with barely any sauce, I will never be back to this location

Why are guys open till 10? Just to piss every customer off by being out of crap by 9 hire a new AM and shift leaders for night or maybe just hire a new crew because you guys suck really really bad. This is not my first visit it’s was my 5th 3 strikes in a row but then you actually had our order surprisingly on the 4th but the greens, broccoli and green beans were RAW barely warm that I had to cook at home but you at least had food. Then tonight out of broccoli and beef and chicken and green beans and egg rolls? WHO RUNS OUT OF EGG ROLLS!?!?!?! I kinda want you to burn down so I’m not tempted to pull in again! This crap store needs to learn from the 10th street location. There great! It’s just ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN. You lost me as a customer tonight after being forced to back out of drive.
