This was an awful experience. One really good worker among 2 others who wanted to goof off and a WORKER went behind the counter to make her food off the clock in front of me and my husband and wanted to make all our food at the same time and wouldn’t wait til we were served 1st! Then when she was told to wait she just kept saying it can all Go in the oven. Together and it confused me and my husband at 1st! But there was one worker who was seriously trying to do his best to serve all the customers! I appreciate him!

This place never has the stuff I ordered from their site online. Then I come all the way down here to pick up an order I placed 4 hrs early so they can tell me it will be a 1.5 hour wait because they need time to unthaw wraps. Its ridiculous!!!!

Only one worker was working and he was new so really was stressed and embarrassed. I felt so sorry for him. He was super nice but the food was horrible. The bread wasn’t stocked so there were only certain breads you could get. It was just very stressful even ordering. It wasn’t the boys fault though. They shouldn’t have left someone that just started by himself and the shift before his didn’t stick anything. Just bad management. Won’t be returning.

Had to wait in line forever. The girl was rude and complaining constantly about having online orders. There was a huge line behind me. I ordered a tuna and she only put one scoop of tuna on it and it almost $5. For a six in. There was not sufficient help. No wonder the girl was aggravated. She had a line that went by the pop cooler. The other dude that was there had a shell shirt on and I heard her tell him to call someone for help but he stood there talking to a friend about something irrelevant. He was still there when i left 23 minutes later This is the first time I have eat here in 4 years and then I remembered why.

I think the difference in a subway store is the service and how the staff treat you and the cleanliness of the store.

Placed an order using the app, the location called and informed us that they were out of meatballs the app said to call the location to cancel the order , I called several times and no answer so I made the 15 min. Drive when I got there I was also told that they were out of Italian herb and cheese the person behind the counter was obviously having a bad day or has very poor customer service after the order was placed and the sandwiches were wrapped she then dropped one of them on the floor I did not want to wait or complain but she pretended like it never happened and placed it in the bag anyway, usually the service and food here is great but today if possible I would give a negative rating.

Never had food or anything prepped. Every time I go into the gas station it’s a trip right back out the door!! It’s ridiculous! I’ve told the manager but it doesn’t do any good! They definitely get paid to just stand there.

Did an on line order that l had all ready paid for, did not have my order started when l came to pick up then had to put up with an attitude from the young man who fixed my sandwich plus there was people who didn’t work there back there where the food was being prepared l will not eat there again.
