I can’t believe how rude. I have gone for a number of times, spending a fortune in food, and still, the treatment was so so. Another girl worker has always been very very nice to me. But this time was completely different. Way different! Girl youngster who was working Monday afternoon, on 2/23/2026 was most unwelcoming. I asked about senior citizen discount, which I now remember I must of asked before, about a month back. She proceeded to lecture this cripled 70 year old with Stage 4 disabilitating cancer… most likely less than a year to live. She spoke in a very derogatory way, and her words were, “No… We don’t have senior discount”… “I’ve told you that before and I’m getting tired of it”. I was in a mood for the food and thought it might be an educational experience, (for her), as obviously she wasn’t raised on how to respect or to speak to elders. I told her that that was very rude and that you should never speak to people that way, especially when you are in the food service business. Or to speak that way at all! It must of ticked her off, because when this huge order of almost $50 came it was very heavy in in one bag. I asked if someone might help me to just walk out with it, to my truck as I have a cane, very unbalanced, and can’t but any weight at all on one side. I have the metastatic cancer in all my lower right leg. It would of took no more than 2 minutes. With two people standing around doing nothing, and one just flattening cartons, she tells me “NO”. We don’t have anyone to help. I told her I might fall down, trying to manage steps, the door, and the food, plus manipulate my cane. She said she would go ask them… the workers standing around. After 4 minutes or so, she comes back and tells me that the other worker had said, “NO”… He wouldn’t do it. I guess customer service certainly isn’t one of their high points. I should of fell, threw the food everywhere and screamed bloody murder for an ambulance, then get an atty after 2 or 3 months stay in the hospital. I could of owned that place. But I’m not like that. Just remember not to go in there if you have a can, a walker, you happen to be possibly and older white pereson with a disability, or are over 35 years old. It sounds funny, but I’M SERIOUS!

Would’ve gave this place 5/5 but for Door Dash there’s no option to add salsa or make request to the restaurant so every time there’s usually a mistake. Also what literally pisses me off is they NEVER give you salsa ♂️ coming from a Mexican restaurant that should be mandatory, put some damn salsa in the bag!!! Had to eat my burrito right now plain, going to stop using DD moving forward for them.

I’ve ordered the #1 breakfast burrito here so many times that I’m fairly certain every staff member knows who I am already. Haha. They’re awesome. I cling to my burrito the way other people cling to sports teams. It’s always hot, cheesy, absolutely packed with bacon, utterly dependable, and I love it every single time. And goes so good with green sauce. Thank you, Aibeto’s.

Probably the worst Mexican restaurant in Yucaipa. They won’t customize your order. I asked for no guacamole and no pico and they put it on my food anyway. I paid extra for rice and beans in my burrito and didn’t get any rice and beans. This is every single time I buy food from this place.

I really have only recently had an issue with service there 5 out of six times I have Ben there in the past month my order has been wrong and I just think maybe I ordered wrong but I was just there with my daughter who ordered and they still got it wrong and I was asked to get back in line to get my order . So I got out of my car to clarify and the young lady argued that fact of her wrong doing then said you are on camera so I said great so they can also hear our conversation so I started to video her she said no you can not get my face I said fine I am not but i still have video without her face of how now you are acknowledging you messed up and all I wanted was my order simple . Also that we have no way of getting a hold of true owner because they are always unavailable on her words on vacation so in an emergency we have no way of getting hold of enybody in charge but the workers at that time .
