I visited this location today and ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, it’s one of my favorite drinks! Even more than the drink, I loved the service. There was a blonde girl (I didn’t catch her name) who kindly refilled my drink and was just such a cool, genuine person. The world needs more people like her. Overall, it was a really nice experience!

I don’t do reviews honestly but for this I want to. I don’t come to this Starbucks because it sucks every time. I was in the area and wanted a drink so I went to this location. I pulled into the drive through a minute before my time for pick up through the mobile ordering. When I got to the speaker, the worker said that my drink wasn’t done yet and I would have to wait. That wasn’t a problem. When my drink was done, the worker said next time wait 5 mins after ordering before pulling into my line. She had a nasty attitude and it kinda didn’t make sense as I was there at the right time the app gave me. Also the drive through was empty the whole time. This location needs to have nicer workers. Drink was made well just nasty workers.

I ordered a grande cappuccino, and it was noticeably lacking in quantity—not what I expected for the size. On top of that, the overall service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming, and instead of a warm atmosphere, it felt uncomfortable, with employees just staring at customers. The food service wasn’t much better. Overall, not a great experience.

Very disappointed in this locations staff. Specifically the ones that took all the glass bear cups merchandise for themselves and did not even let the customers have a chance to buy them. I came a day before on November 5th, 2025 and I asked a blonde barista in the drive thru if they were receiving the glass bear cups for the next days launch which is November 6th, 2025. She assured me that they have received them and will put them out on the launch day which was the next day. I am a Starbucks customer who comes here almost everyday. I come on launch day and I was waiting there since 2:30 am. I noticed at least two female workers inside with the lights on and they walked out with brown Starbucks bags. I waited all night until opening at 5am and the baristas on the clock at that time said that they NEVER received the glass bear cups. There was also 15 other people in line that were waiting for the glass bear cups, only to be told that this location never received them. I used to work at Starbucks for two years and would NEVER take the cups before a customer had the chance to buy them. Who is the store manager and the district manager? I would like to contact them as well. Also I have pictures of the girls leaving the store around 3am and can provide that in an email.

Don’t go here at night. My drink tasted so sour and bitter I threw it right out. I recommend coming here during the day or early morning when their coffee is freshly brewed.

I used to love this location, had the nicest girls working there and they made the best drinks ever. I don’t go often, but the last few times over the last few months has been so disappointing. Today was my last straw…. this was supposed to be a caramel Frappuccino with oatmilk, nothing crazy. Not even a drizzle to try to hide the lack of caramel. It was literally oatmilk and ice blended together.

Either these employees don’t pay attention or they don’t care about their job. You ask for no foam. They printed on the sticker on the cup and then they put foam. This has to be by far one of the worst Starbucks out there. They’re randomly closed in the mornings some days and never get the orders correct.
Update: I think the staff is fed up of me pointing out what they’re doing wrong so they tried to tell me they cannot take foam out of coffee. I pointed at their app and they got upset that I called them out on making things up. I will just hold up your drive through every day if I have to in order for my order to be right.
