I ordered on the app I got there and was the only person there. The lady working didn’t come out of the back until other people walked in the store and still didn’t make my order I had to walk up to her and ask her to make it. I was waiting for about 20 minutes and when I asked her too make it she was very rude. Will not be coming here again

They screwd up the order multiple times forget our sandwich never told us they were out of stuff they needed to make half the sandwiches we ordered and after we drive back to pine city again they screwed up and made the wrong sandwich again and all we get is oops sorry nothing compt nothing fixed nothing discounted this is just awful

I like how this subway was right at the entrance of Walmart rather than in the front middle of the store. Everything was great but 4/5 on service because the lady who made my sub seemed new because she put like 5 scoops of avocado on my footlong. Not a big deal and as I said everything else was good.

Whoever the guy working on 8/2/24 was fantastic. He was kind, recommended items. Place looked pretty clean. Lettuce looked a little old. Bread was fresh. Great job to the guy working. He almost seemed like a manager?

Very disappointed. Went there with an order for my family and from the moment I got there she was very rude and asked me to wait for 30min so she could do other things. Upon ordering my food I said my 2 sandwiches and asked for extra cheese which she denied to give to me. Then after ordering the 3rd thing she looked at me confused and said I don’t know if we do that so I said okay hold on a min I’ll text them and once I had reached out and fixed what they wanted when I went to say what was actually wanted she said sorry I already made the other thing , even tho I asked her to wait since I wasn’t sure if it was right. She didn’t remake it to what we wanted and I ended up paying for a cold pizza that was barely cooked with all the wrong toppings, and no extra cheese on my sandwiches. I do not remember the lady’s name but she claimed to be all by herself today at 3ish and I am very disappointed

$50 for two adults to eat and one footlong to split with two kids. Absolutely insane. And lady was rude. I ordered a footlong with just ham. Pepperoni. Salami. Wouldn’t just charge for meat. Had to charge for a regular sub. Never again. Not with that food price

I had to order the sandwich as a deluxe to get the normal amount of meat. It was a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, on a Monday. Come to find out at the checkout they don’t do the sub of the day. Paid a premium for a half-hearted sandwich. Save your money and go to the Subway across the parking lot. Never had a bad experience there.

Guy behind the counter had a major attitude and was EXTREMELY RUDE! It’s our son’s birthday and he wanted subway for lunch since we are traveling today. The guy was rude to our child as well!!! The woman was very nice, however, way too much mayo was put on all of our sandwiches so we had to scrape more than half of it off to taste anything else. Should have gone to the one across the street but we had to pick up a couple things at Walmart.

Very disappointed with the meatball footlong I got from this location for my brother. He said the meatballs tasted “funny” and the meatballs were mushy. When I inspected the sandwich, I found the meatballs were cold in the center. Were they even cooked?! Threw the uneaten 3/4 of the sandwich away.

Always gets my order wrong when I order online. I triple check my order and it’s always incorrect. I got food poisoning the last time I ate here too. Pine City subway sucks. The restaurant itself inside Wal-Mart is disgusting, way too hot, and covered in bugs year-round.
