First the hours r incorrect or the worker just closes at 8 I stood there at 7:45 , while he made 3 hoagies in front of me for a customer,in front of me , just before he was wrapping the last hoagie he looks at me and I say a 12 inch hoagie meatball and says no meatballs we close at 8 , so o call my son and says bmt than , he rings. The customer in front of me walks in the back, comes around a couple minutes later and says we’re closed and walks me up the door., After standing there for 15 minutes, then on Thursday by some places in order online urban cheese, meatball get Italian bread, not toast it like it was in the order, This location also never matches the promotions. I have never wrote a review in my whole life, but this is the worst subway ever.!!! Go to the one in Taylor the one on Kaiser Avenue is fantastic. I will tell everyone I know never to go to lurzene st location !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If can rate lower than a one I would

Can’t even rate the food, cause I never ordered. I was trying to use the app, which I couldn’t figure out how to get the BOGO for a dollar deal, and the workers had no idea either. After 30 minutes trying in the restaurant with no help, I left and ate Little Ceasars, right next door.

ordered online, 2 subs, 2 salads. Daughter picked up, and at home we open the bag and find no lettuce in our salads, just meat & dressing!! WHAT ‽????? SO on the phone I go, ask what the he’ll, and he says I ordered a protein bowl… WHAT??? My receipt says SALAD!!!
Here’s the kicker. No refund, but says COME BACK with the two bowls of meat and he’ll put salad in the bowl!!! WHAT???? He could have refunded those 2 salads, or make 2 new salads that are ready when we get there after 10+ minute drive

My friend ordered a turkey club. Got ham and roast beef despite being asked multiple times to confirm he wanted turkey. I myself got the 6.99 meal of the day (which on Wednesday is a meatball marinana and comes with chips and a drink), but got charged for all 3 items separately. I’m too sympathetic to fast food workers to shake them down for a couple dollars off my order, so I just won’t go back

We get there and their is only one person working in the whole store… He was working in slow motion it took him 5 minutes to make each sandwich and he did not speak any English. He had no idea what to put on the signature sandwiches he kept asking me when they are typed out right in front of him. He then threw the sandwiches into the bag didnt even tape the wrappers or write on them. We get them home and the buns are so burnt they tast burnt and disgusting. We called to complain and maybe have them re made and instead he fought with us and said no no no they were not burnt we don’t do that. Umm sorry to break it to you but you did I have pictures!!! Ridiculous never will i ever go here again I would rather travel out of my way. Oh by the way it was a $40 order!! For some reason it is not letting me post the picture but i want to!!

Smiling ,but unwilling to give me what I asked .pepper jack cheese ,he put American, said pepper jack, only asked for tomatoes and lettuce ,was unwilling to put on more thenc3 slices of tom and a sprinkling of lettuce.
When we unwrapped and tasted them the meat was not fresh.
We love SUBWAY and do lots of road trips and they have been our GOTO recently they have been disappointing

Got the order wrong. Tried to over charge for a whole extra sub that wasn’t ordered or in the bag. Argued when i pointed it out. So sad the good subway near walmart was having computer issues today. I should have just waited until they were up and running for good service
