Horrible experience here. Not what I ordered and we were the only ones there. No other people to place an order. No tomatoes that I paid extra money for and no sausage in the burrito. This place will not be visited by me again.

Where do I start. We ordered the screen showed our order to be correct. When the order was brought to our vehicle it was completely wrong over half of it was missing and the part we did receive was burnt beyond recognition. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and the little girl Tiff told us she was the manager. Then she told us she could go fix the order but it would cost more we told her to just nevermind. Then when I picked my burger up to eat, the bottom bun was covered in mold. We brought it to Tiff’s attention and we asked for our money back. After waiting 21 minutes she gave us $7 back. So i guess we paid almost $13 for a Jr cheeseburger plain and a small grape slush.

Everytime we come here they mess up the order every single time even if you don’t customize anything. Order a Dr.pepper with easy sugar cookie and they put strawberries in it when I didn’t ask for it. They also flooded the drink with so much syrup you couldn’t even drink it. They will always mess up your food. If you can’t make food or even a basic drink don’t work at Sonic. This is ridiculous

My wife and I have been buying sonic for a long time in lake city. Every single time we go there they always messes up my orders, took a long time to get my meal where my food ends up cold. Probably the worst sonic I’ve dealt with around NEA. Don’t go there unless you don’t care about service and price

The car hops are always friendly. The food always leaves ya thinking it was alright,but for that price I could have done better cooking it myself. Taste like its been sitting waiting on you to press the red button and order. Just watch out if you say Mayo or mustard they glaub it on so overkill and ridiculous….

I usually don’t post reviews online for any business but this has went down bad. Past 3 times food has been burnt wrong or both. needless 2 say I know they don’t change there oil properly tater tots we’re awful tasted like old I il thats all i could smell and taste, chicken strips were burnt, bacon was badly burned don’t even see why they sent it out. Only thing wasn’t bad was the drinks and our server she was good. But I didn’t spend almost $20 just 2 not 2 be able 2 eat it bad when my dogs won’t eat it.
