$10 steak bowl. Menu at store shows fries in it, no fries received. Asked an employee who just clocked in about the size of the bowl , it was given to me in a smaller container, she went and found the correct bowl and tried to correct the situation. Offered me a turnover for the inconvenience, I politely declined. [5 star for the service she provided ]
What I could only assume was the manager at the time for the shift was making orders like the building was over crowded ( only myself and two other couples in the building , possibly one in the drive thru) and over heard just said “ooops , oh well” [1 star for the entire experience]
Happy I’m only passing through on a quick stop for food, because I would not be returning if I were a local

Really disappointed with my visit to Arby’s. I ordered the steak bowl, and it was cold by the time I got it. The value just isn’t there — small portion, bland taste, and not worth the price. The service took forever too, like they completely forgot about my order. Overall, a total letdown. I don’t recommend this at all.

Just a quick drive through on a rest stop so I can’t offer too much, but I want to thank management for bringing back potato cakes. It broke my heart when they were pulled from the menu & the ones at this store were fresh & hot!

Very old fashioned reminded me of my first ever roast beef melt as a child and employeees we’re perfection lobby was super clean and perfected with every condiment supposed to be placed. And the only thing was the tea wasent sweet at all but I think my friend got us unsweet accidentally so besides that it was the best Arby’s iv ever entered I give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to anyone stopping through

We stopped here two weekends in a row and both times our orders were wrong. I got crinkle cut fries and half of the container was curly fries. I asked for no lettuce on my wrap (allergy) and it had lettuce on it.

Service and quality of food varies from visit to visit (time of day seems to be a big factor). For the last couple of weeks the roast beef has either been perfect – or tough, chewy, and so bad I can’t even eat it. Please make sure all the employees know how to properly prepare it so that this is not an issue!
