This is my first time trying Chipotle. I was impressed. The food was all fresh and had great flavor. Warning to the spicy sensitive don’t get the red sauce. It’s hot. A little goes a long way. I have half beef half pork and it blended well. The hot food was hot while the cold food was cold. Great texture and temperature. Fresh is great on anything. The restaurant is large inside. Lots of seating. It is clean. I recommend stopping by if you’ve been wanting to try it.

Food was acceptable but not very flavorful. I got a bowl with 2 proteins (chicken/barbacoa) & neither had the char grilled and/or spiced as normal. Both portions were so small that weighed together they wouldn’t have made 3 ounces. I can get a 6 ounce steak at Chilis with the sides for the same price. Requested a wedge of lime to enhance my food and was informed that they do not provide lime for customers. I was even willing to pay for the lime, but they still declined my request. I am very disappointed in the flavor of the food and the willingness to provide a small wedge of lime to enhance the flavor. I do, however, realize that each location is responsible for the preparation of the food products, and there will be flavor variations, but there should be some standardization as far as seasonings and quantities.

Place was dirty. They were out of vegetables and not willing to make more. We were told they were under staffed so no one prepared anything for the day. People left because they were even out of rice!! Employees stood around instead of cleaning up the facility. Disappointed this store has not been open very long. I hope the owner pays attention.!! Disappointed.

The tables for the customers were very dirty, the employee who took my order was rude and looked at me with an annoyed face, I felt like I was being racist, he got upset because I asked for a small portion of the new honey chipotle chicken, in conclusion I had bad service from that employee.

I give up with this place.
Whoever the management is, please understand that my family and I used to like going here, but the last few months have been awful.
The rice is way undercooked, the flour tortillas are undercooked, and the quality overall has just gone way down.
To top it off, the young kids you hire are just rude. I get that they probably don’t want to be there, but welcome to life! Most of us don’t like our jobs, but you still have to perform to some standards and they just have zero customer service skills.

Stop supporting these types of businesses… they run people thru with zero pride in what they do. First off. Why are businesses getting away with not removing the snow on the sidewalks? The interior of the place is gross and the furniture is prison like. This is Carmel location?? wow! The customers from the area were so entitled. Why they would even eat here is so surprising. Maybe because they can bring their dogs inside to eat.. The person that made my order acted like he was in race to save his life. No regard for how he was throwing the toppings in my bowl with no customersbehind me. The bags of chips are like 12+ inches high with 2 inches of chips inside. The queso was cold and the food overall made me regret eating it. $30 for a kids meal a bowl and a very small queso with very little chips was disappointing. Avoid this place of you want a good experience.

Literally every single time I go here I am paying a different price for the same food. The service is horrendous.
Today I walk in with my brother to get burritos. He orders a chicken burrito, the cashier doesn’t even charge him for protein, and he pays $9. I order a half barbacoa and steak burrito (so it would ring up as ONE protein, $12-ish dollars is normally what it is) and I’m rung up at $17.49. I’m like “woah, so that is not usually what I pay for!”, and I am met with extremely rude responses, quite literally “you ordered a barbacoa and steak burrito (says this like 10 times interrupting me), that’s how much it is, hurry up, there are lots of people waiting”. I said, “can I get a water cup at least???”, dude responds “NO”. So I end up paying an absurd price and the burrito did not have a lot of food in it for what I paid for.
Yeahh, so I would go to quite literally any other location. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened, there was an instance where another idiot cashier put corn on my burrito despite me never asking for it. The service here is terrible and no one knows basic communication. Waste of money and never consistent prices. Take your business elsewhere.

We placed an online order at 8:09 tonight through the app, and the order said it would be ready by 8:20. We got there at 8:18, and did not receive our food till 8:35. I would understand if it was busy, and we had to wait, but it was not. The reason it took so long was because the woman working was making food for her friends instead of fulfilling online orders. So it took a total of 30 minutes from our order placed time to us finally getting our food. I’ve been to this chipotle many times, and have never had issues until now. It’s pretty upsetting when you get a tentative time your order will be ready and ended up waiting 15 extra minutes while watching an employee make food for her friends instead. At that point I should have just went and made the food behind the counter myself. Very unprofessional. On top of that when we got home we ordered chips and quac and of course she forgot the guac, and I ordered fajita veggies on my bowl and she forgot that as well.

Food is good. Chipotle is Chipotle! But the place is so dirty!! Floor is sticky, food on the floor. Tables either not clean or badly cleaned. Food on the chairs. Just disgusting. The restaurant is not so busy for the employees not to pay attention to this.
