For this Del taco being located in a gas station. It’s pretty damn good. Walked in at about 9:30pm ( no one in line ) ordered my food about 3 minutes later I got my food everything was in the bag and made correctly.

food was cold. cheese wasn’t even melted the whole sandwich was cold to the touch. queso tasted like it came from the freezer. tasted like a left over sandwich. also missing two tacos with my order. 3rd time this has happened. don’t recommend go somewhere else.

I came here on 12/13 for breakfast for the office….ordered 5 egg & cheese, 4 egg & bacon burritos and 3 hash browns….they were so small was VERY LITTLE egg. More than 1/2 was tortilla….The hash browns were thicker than the actual burrito…I should have gone for donuts less money and more to eat.

The food mart clerk had to come approach me and offered me a drink just because how upset you made me. I drove all the way from Yucaipa on my way to Granada Hills all I wanted was my food! I can’t believe how you treated me??? I asked you for your store # a manager and you denied me both I hope your General manager sees this you worked the shift 6:pm female young Mexican girl. Shame on you.

Their food is mediocre, and I’m not talking about the options. The way it’s prepared is mediocre. The oil they fry things in is very old tasting/bitter. I’ve been here multiple times in the past week and it still tastes the same. Old and bitter. Change your oil in the deep fryer, people. The customer service is also not amazing. Just mediocre.

This is the worst Del Taco I’ve ever been to. First I want to comment on how long it takes for someone to finally come on the speaker to take your order, then there are times I sit there and wait and finally drive up to the window and someone is waving me off telling me their not open when there’s a huge sign saying they are open 24 hours. So I end up with no breakfast and no time to stop anywhere else because I’ll be late for work. The food quality is not so great either, the cheese is not melted and the tortilla is stale.

But in the recent 2 years this specific location has gone down hill in service.
I purposely avoid this location.
Pull up to the drive thru and you’ll wait there until tomorrow for them to greet you. You will not be acknowledged.
They don’t care about the customer here.
If Executive management is reading this please look into rewarding/compensating your disgruntled staff at this location.
Maybe the incentive for employees is not satisfying enough to care about customer service.
