I ordered a jumbo snow cone without the top so it wouldn’t spill on me — $5.50, and I added caramel for a total of $6. Not a big deal… if I had actually received a full snow cone.
Unfortunately, the syrup barely covered the top half inch. After that, it was just a $5 cup of plain ice.
After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one this has happened to. If shorting customers on syrup is standard practice, that’s disappointing — and it’s why I won’t be back.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that we have had a bad experience here. Today however was pretty inexcusable. We came just after 6:00, there was a line at the drive through, so we walked up to the window instead. After over 10 minutes we noticed that nobody had come to the window by us or on the drive through side, and all of the cars that were in line had driven off.
We knocked on the window, then after another couple of minutes we peered into the window we saw that there was no one inside.
All of the open signs were on, the music was playing full blast, all of the lights were on, no indication of the location being closed. As we drove away we passed the drive through window and we saw a single, poorly handwritten sign on the drive through window that said “ be right back “. They couldn’t even be bothered to put a note on the walk up side. From the time that we pulled up at 6:03 until we left the parking lot was 6:26, and no staff was there.
The only reason this place doesn’t get a 1 star is because they have a lot of flavor options, but past that, this is the worst snow cone location in Johnson County bar none.

Portable building that you drive up to. Friendly staff. The types of ice drink concoctions are clearly marked on the posted board by the drive up window. I was a bit shocked at the prices, coming from Joshua where they charge $1.50 for a small cup, however, Hawaiian Shaved ice small cup is one and a half times larger. I ordered black cherry and cherry, they were both good.

I’ll never come back here ever again! This is my fourth time my family and I come here to give it another chance for we really like shave ice . However, if you’ll want to waste your money on a cup of ice without flavor this is the right place to. There are other better places to go and get the best experience on your taste buds without getting sick in your stomach. Most likely they are going to add more juice now, or not. Despite that, good bye, never again!

There was a long line of cars so me and my kids walked up to the window because they seats where you can sit and eat if you want. The lady working looked directly at me and ignored me. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited another 10-15 mins and then just left with nothing. I went thru the drive thru one more time and paid for EXTRA syrup and cream, my snow cone was a huge blop of unflavored ice at the top and barely any flavoring at the bottom. I’m not going there again, hopefully another snow cone place opens up in town because this place has horrible customer service and subpar snow cones, and it’s definitely not shaved ice. The ice is crunchy and not soft.

i’ve been craving a snow cone for awhile and noticed this place was open, the young girl working ignored that i was in line so i parked and walked up to the window and still ignored me. I ended up getting in my car and trying one more time. she final acknowledged me, but was on her phone the whole time and kept having me repeat my order. The snow cones were incredibly nasty no flavor and the sweet cream tasted rotten.

The snow cones are pretty solid but we were behind another car and after they helped the car infront of us seemingly all the employees left and drove away for around 30 minutes without saying anything at all. But there’s signs saying cash or Venmo only and I was thankful for the warning

Not friendly at all. When you get your shaved ice, it might have flavor and it might not. Too expensive for what you get. Also, “toppings” might just be different flavored syrup.

Went for snow cones with the kids. Mind you there is 6 of us. The girl working tonight was rude and seemed to be put off that we were ordering. She would rather be on her phone which she did while I was ordering. There is hardly any flavor in them. Not even half had the flavor on it. Needless to say we won’t be back.
