We have ordered delivery multiple times from the West Chester location and couldn’t be more pleased. We love both the Chicago and the New York style pizzas, they are always cooked just right and the ingredients are flavorful. The delivery time is good and they are always very friendly. Highly recommend.

After having REAL NY and Chicago style pizza, I thought this place was going to be great. It was OK at best, and no where close to being the real thing. We ordered a deep dish and a NY style pizza. Very underwhelming. Each pizza was around $20 and no where near worth it.

I had this pizza delivered and was very disappointed. I’m not sure why pizzeria owners think calling a thin crust pizza “NY” style is OK-it is NOT! Anyone who has ever had pizza in NYC knows this garb is nowhere close, the appearance and greasy crust says it all. The slices are small, has thick hard dough, no fluffy end crust, not foldable, and just plain nasty! This pizza shop may be able to fool Ohioans but not this New Yorker! A frozen pizza taste better…

Highly disappointed in this location! The first time I tried twin cities deep dish at the one in mason, I was in love. It was so full and robust and just everything! Tried this location and was so letdown, I may never be back. It was supposed to be deep dish but I swear nothing about this pizza was deep dish. It was like an inverted regular pizza that simply lacked cheese on top. I could count the amount of ingredients that were on my pizza because they were on top of the sauce almost as if they forgot to add them. The crust was so broken, that the only thing holding it in place was the cheese(seriously, it was like they used scraps of dough, therefore my pizza was like a”pull-a-part” of some sort) Highly highly highly disappointed. The best 23.50 turned into a nightmare.

Got take out per my daughter’s request for deep dish pizza. She liked it a lot but I was a little disappointed as we also got the new York style. It was so dry and hard and just not ny style at all. The garlic bread was much smaller than anticipated and the wait was a bit long but we were forewarned that could happen. Overall, it was ok.

Anywhere that is kind to my diet restrictions gets a thumbs up in my book. I definitely enjoy the cauliflower crust pizza with vegan cheese and I can add any veggies I’d like on top. I also love the Waldorf salad (you can take out the cheese). The staff is super friendly and I love the theme.
