Visit here often, even though they are busy, the staff is always hustling, taking care of each customer like it was their best friend. Always get a smile and my drink made to perfection by the baristas there. The store is clean and kept up and they never make me feel bad for being “that girl” that orders the super specific coffee. They make it without complaint, perfectly! They always have my favorite snacks in stock too, love a cake pop at 8am! Great location, will go out of my way to visit as I know I won’t have to wait in a super long line that doesn’t move in the drive thru.

Brittany especially is the highlight if my frequent visits! She has great customer service (and so does everyone else for that matter), and my drinks always come out CONSISTENT. The environment is clean, they work efficiently, and are overall a joyful team!

I went to the drive-through yesterday morning. I placed my order. When I get to the window, the employee gives me my croissant. I saw the size of the drink. I asked if my cafe latte was grande and she said no, you ordered a tall. I said no, I ordered a grande. She said she had just gotten there. If she had just gotten there, how does she know what I ordered? Then, she said she could make me a grande and charge me the difference, but I would had to wait. I said no, just leave it! I was trying to be as nice as I could. When she hands me the latte, she did not put a bevarage plug and my latte spills all over my legs, steering wheel, my phone, my hand break, my purse. I was keeping my compulsion, hit the gas and left. After getting my order wrong, they still spilled my drink on me? This is unacceptable! I will be calling corporate and I should be suing too. How about supporting our small coffee shops and businesses? That’s exactly what I will be doing from now on.

It is next to Azusa University. There are not many chairs and tables because they are generous in the use of space. I think it is to prevent students from ordering just a cup of coffee and taking up a seat for a long time. There are many restaurants nearby, so it is good to have a meal and come here for dessert and chat. The location is great and it has long business hour until 11pm so it is good for meeting places. Starbucks never fails no matter where you go.

This is a very large and clean Starbucks. There is plenty of seating. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. The staff were very nice and the service was fast. My only thing is how awkward the hand washing station is in the dining area outside the restroom. Everyone had to watch me tuck my work shirt in and adjust things. Kinda weird. But, I liked the service a lot.
