This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my entire life. You’ve not only messed up my order once but four times I want Uber eat through you guys. You didn’t give me no sauces at all. You didn’t even give me the food. I ordered only the side dish Then I called to tell you guys that you got my order wrong and that you didn’t even give me my food that I paid for and you blamed it on Uber eats and I had to re-order my food re-tip and repay a delivery fee now tonight, March 5, 2025 I ordered a double steak quesadilla and I literally have two without any steak on them at all the ordered 10 sauces and we got zero. My girlfriend got a chicken quesadilla and literally have one piece of chicken on it and barely Any cheese. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t even know how you still have a job. I don’t know why you guys don’t take these reviews seriously I know you see how bad that your employees are and how they don’t care and they’re just rushing food because they’re ready to leave. I’m very upset and I’ll probably never order Taco Bell ever again just because of this one location. TO ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. I had order through Uber eats, and ordered at 7 something, the receipt had 8:37 and we didn’t get our food till 9:22 and it was very cold , wet and the order and drinks were completely wrong , and we didn’t get our 12 pk cinnamon rolls . When I called to see what was going on some guy answered the phone and was very rude and said we ain’t behind on no orders and then a lady got on and she was very polite and she had found our order. The Mexican pizza that I had ordered tasted like some kind of chemical was on it … Honestly I’m good on ordering from this location again because I know it wasn’t Uber eats fault because I sat here and was looking at his location the whole time and was communicating with him to keep up with my order …

You have to yell at these incompetent drones to actually get what’s on your order. I ordered a combo on the app, they were missing an entire item because it wasn’t on their paper ticket. I showed them what was on the app and how I had a combo, not just the sides of the combo. For being so close to a college campus, you would think some intelligence or common sense would make its way in through the front door and smack them.

I have never had any problems with my food at this taco bell. It always tastes good and is correct. I went with a friend on Friday night around 1:30am a few weeks ago and it did take about an hour for us to receive our food. But, a delay is to be expected when everyone wants taco bell after getting home from the bars. The workers were working hard despite how busy and overwhelming the overall environment was! will definitely come back if I’m craving taco bell, but would suggest opting for a less busy restaurant on those late weekend nights!

Coming here at 9pm to pick up food is a joke. I tried to ask about my food multiple times, and they just kept saying they are probably working on it. No one checking nothing, 6-8 people crowded around the pickup section, they’re no orderly fashion and everyone else s rude as hell back there, especially that short girl with the strawberry blonde. She said it was coming meanwhile I waited 30 minutes in there and the order number was just sitting in the machine while I watched 20 people get their food before I even got seen. I hope everyone working there at 9:40pm on Nov 29 gets fired and replaced or something changes cause I’m not coming back until it does. That short strawberry blonde hair girl told me to shut up, sit down, and wait, and I’m doing is trying to get my food, then the tall black guy backs her up like they ain’t being rude me an the customers waiting. Dude comes in not even saying nothing cause he sees people getting treated poorly just trying to show her his phone so she can get it and he gets ignored 15 times and he just left. This place is horrible. Probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Columbus.

It’s 9:50, I’m still waiting.

Taco Bell could be smart like every other restaurant and cancel orders through delivery if items are unavailable instead of replacing food. For instance, I ordered a nacho cheese taco and received a basic taco that was smashed. I ordered the new Cantina Chicken Burrito that comes with the new avocado salsa but instead I received a half a bag of hot sauce packets. Just because someone is visiting the hood and ordering Taco Bell does not mean they like hot sauce.
It all started with an order from another restaurant and they canceled because they didn’t have an item. So I would think Taco Bell would cancel my order if they did not have the new avocado verde salsa that is listed as an item that is served with the new items on the menu. No they decided to serve it with a bag of hot sauce.

I came around 3:30pm 11/11 and it was terrible service from the workers they were focused on something that happened prior the same day and my order was made all wrong I went back to tell them and found spit in the remade food. Absolutely disgusting I’ve never had this experience and I thought it would be the customer causing trouble but not at this Taco Bell.

Look, I realize it’s a Taco Bell but I think this place forgets at least one item in your order every single time. And it’s always SO SLOW. You could order actual quality tacos and get them faster than this “fast food”

When I go to a Taco Bell, there are certain things I expect to encounter. I expect a long line to order, I expect an understaffed kitchen, and I expect a long wait for my food. This Taco Bell has none of those things. I’ve been here twice now, and I can easily say it’s my favorite Taco Bell I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bells). Both times, there were several cashiers prepared to take my order, so I did not have to wait in line. The staff were friendly and kind, and made sure they understood my order. My food was ready before I had even chosen a table to sit at. The service at this Taco Bell is phenomenal. Everything is clean and modern, and there are TVs mounted on the walls to enhance the dining experience. Only a short walk from campus, I’m sure I’ll be coming here often. As a great man once said, “Food like this could only come from above.”
