Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. For starters we put in an online order after 30 mins they said the order was ready for pick up. We head to the store to pick up food and there is no food ready they still have to make the order. We get home with our order only to find out we are missing 2 out of 5 biscuits and our sides. Have to go back up and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the missing biscuits. Literally open the biscuits every single biscuit is under cooked and disgusting.

This was my first time eating from this restaurant. I must say I had a great experience overall. The only complaint I have is that I wish I knew the Rice bowl was spicy. Other than that, the food was delicious, fresh, and hot. The employees were courteous and friendly. The restaurant was clean and orderly.

We came through the drive through at 7:00 pm Sunday night November 30,2025. After a long 6 hours on the road we just wanted something quick to eat. We got the chicken tender meal for the family. Usually we find the tea a little off. This time the tea was the best tea that we have ever gotten from a restaurant. It was like we make at home. Also the dirty rice was delicious. It had a creamy texture to it. It was so good I put a large container back just for me. Everything that we got was so good.

i’m not sure what this Bojangles has done in the past recent months, but I literally cannot have a bad experience even if I try. I’ve come when they are slammed and I’ve also come when they are super empty, and every single time it is delicious. My food is always fresh, hot, and amazing. The staff is efficient and it is always a good way to start my morning.

This is the best Bo jangles I have ever been too. Came to this store at 10:30am on tues jul 15 2025. The food was so fresh and tasted so good. The food looked like the commercial. Also everything was so clean and the sweet tea tested like someone put sometime into it. overall I give this place a 100. The staff is nice they all definitely deserve a raise. Great job staff.

Had chicken dinner, the chicken was piping hot but really no flavor. It needed some salt and spices. Chicken nuggets and rice were not hot and lacked flavor. The biscuits were good. Could just be annoying night. Will try again another time and update the review.

Decent food, but service is slow and unsanitary. While waiting at the drive through window I watched an employee use her gloved hands to pull up her pants with both hands and then cinch her belt. Then used to the same gloved hands to prep sandwiches.
Not more than 30 seconds later, another employee came around the corner and tossed a set of keys onto the food prep area. Another employee grabbed the keys and continued to prep food.
They did not change gloves or wipe down the prep area. Highly unsanitary.

This Place Has Way To Many High School Kids Working Went In At 1:30 To Pick Up My Doordash They All Standing Around Playing Talking About Getting Their Nails Done So After Watching The Girl Make My Order And She Is Moving Slower Than A Mummy Like 5 Minutes To Put Each Biscuit In The Box 5 Minutes For Each Biscuit So She Makes It And Leaves It Without Finishing The Order Goes And Texts On Her Phone Then After The Order Is Done She Leaves It Sitting 8 Minutes Before Even Starting The Drink After 37 Minutes She Finally Bags It After I Ask For The 5th Time I Don’t Know Where They Found Her At But She Has To Be The Laziest Person I Have Ever Seen In Any Restaurant I was Sure To Take Her Pitcher And Upload It

Food is decent, however today when I stopped in to get a biscuit and coffee they made my coffee with about 1″ of grounds at the bottom. When I returned to get another cup without the grounds they said they wasn’t serving coffee because their filters were the wrong size. no offer to refund just dumb looks on their faces. Well from now on it’s the other Bojangles if I crave a Bo Berry Biscuit.

I just moved to Clemson and visited this Bojangles last night. I asked for my fries to be cooked soft. The man who helped me at the drive thru definitely understood the assignment. My fries were perfect. The biscuit was probably the best I have had from Bojangles. I truly appreciate the great food and stellar customer service.
